Less than a two-hour’s drive from Denver, Summit County is known as one of the leading resort community destinations worldwide based on its easy access to the famous Colorado Rocky Mountains, and unparalleled lifestyle opportunities. Based on the continued desire for lifestyleinspired home purchases, real estate values are projected to rise.
