What You Need to Know About EIBI

Early intensive behavioural intervention (EIBI) is an allinclusive ASD and behavioural interventions founded on the canons of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). EIBI has been linked to the most massive improvements in ASD children. The Australian government endorsed it: The primary objective of EIBI is to alter a child's trajectory so that their rate of development, learning, and behaviour nears that of a normally developing peer. EIBI has the following features • Early Experts recommend that EIBI should be administered as soon as diagnoses or cognitive delays are confirmed. When initiated prior to the child reaching two years, it can produce better results. • Intensive

Children should be provided with EIBI for at least 20 hours every week for best results; however, some research findings recommend 30-40 hours. Regardless of this, Lizard can provide families with any level of assistance intensity they require. • Behavioural ASD and behavioural interventions centre on objectively detecting behavioural excesses and skill deficits and teaching functional skills using ABA-derived teaching tactics. The Importance of Autism Behaviour Intervention To achieve the best results, we emphasize providing personalised planning and assessment in early ASD and behavioural interventions. Each EIBI program promotes the following goals: 1. Development 2. Wellbeing 3. Self-sufficiency 4. Community Participation 5. Life Expectancy Lizard invites guardians, parents and families to actively participate in enhancing their knowledge about the skill sets and supports their children require. Our trained and dedicated staff is in charge of ensuring that ASD and behavioural interventions are of the highest quality.

EIBI programs will be delivered in your home or your child's institution by our team of passionate, fun and affectionate Autism behaviour intervention therapists. Our Initial Assessment: The EIBI process begins with an exhaustive developmental evaluation. This helps our skilful clinicians to gain a better understanding of your child and develop a more customized program. We create individualized goals and plans for your child using the most current evidence-based functional and development evaluation and ASD and behavioural intervention programs. It includes: 1. A 2-hour preliminary clinic with your assigned experts. 2. 12 sessions with an experienced Autism behaviour intervention therapist at our facility. 3. A comprehensive functional and development behaviour assessment & report. 4. A set of objectives and teaching protocols tailored to each individual. 5. In addition to our in-house training, we strongly recommend that parents attend our ABA training to have a view of what the ASD and behavioural interventions entail. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us! We typically offer two service delivery models for our EIBI programs:

• Full-Service Model – We supervise your in-centre and home therapy sessions. • Supervision Model – In addition to the In-Home program, we offer the In-Centre program, allowing families to find and oversee their In-Home team. Our programs are four-week cycles. In addition to weekly clinic sessions, each child will receive 20 or more hours of inhome therapy to optimize learning and skill development. EIBI support team meets with parents every fourth week to assess progress, implement other programs and train parents to maximize their child's learning. We found out that consistent adept supervision and monitoring are key to every child's success.
