From the A31, Ringwood, the M3 Motorway and beyond: • Turn off the Pickett Post junction of the A31 and head south towards the village of Burley. Distance to the property is 8.6 miles • Follow the road through Burley Street and then into the village of Burley. Keep on the main road to Brockenhurst, which then goes up a steep hill past Burley Village School and cricket pitch on the left hand side • Continue on the road signposted to Brockenhurst, dropping down off the top of the forest, down over a cattle grid, and bending left stay on the long straight main road under a bridge which carries the A35 above. • Carry on down the long straight, and at the end ignore the sign post to New Milton on your right, and later the directions to Lymington on your right. From Southampton Eastleigh Airport (distance – 21.2 miles): • Head south west on the Spitfire Loop and at the roundabout take the 1st exit into Michell Way. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into Wide Lane. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A335. • At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M27 ramp signposted to London/ M3/Winchester. Follow the M27 through to junction 1 and then take the exit towards A337/Lyndhurst.

From Brockenhurst Railway Station (distance – 2.1 miles):
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit heading for A337/Lyndhurst. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A337/Lyndhurst road and then follow the A337.
• Turn left out of the station briefly onto the Lymington Road and then take the immediate next left into Brookley Road.
• In Lyndhurst turn left at the High Street and then turn right into Gosport Lane at the end of the high street, and then continue on the A337/Clay Hill and follow the A337 into Brockenhurst.
