For five generations, my family has taken pride in building homes of the finest quality, and I feel privileged to be able to continue the tradition. Even in my lifetime it is fascinating how things have changed, we all lead busier lives and seem to have less time. Land is more precious than ever and there has been such a blurring of the boundaries between leisure, work and education, all of which means that to attract the discerning customer our homes have to be the most imaginative in design and best built in the industry. I am delighted to be able to help people fulfil their ambitions by providing fine homes of the highest quality that allow them and their families to enjoy their chosen lifestyle. I am proud to accept personal responsibility for each home we build, and pleased that my personal commitment contributes to the special character of each property.

Inspired by the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, Redwood has been designed to sit comfortably within the landscape with a finely balanced horizontal and vertical emphasis reflecting the natural features of the site.
Every room has been planned to maximise direct and ambient light while retaining a unique connection with the sylvan setting. The orientation of each room has been carefully considered to offer contemporary living space which also gives privacy and security. At the heart of the design are the two roof lights which allow diffused sunlight to penetrate right to the centre of the house on the ground and first floors. L o c a t i o n Redwood offers a unique opportunity to live right at the heart of the town while enjoying all the benefits of a rural setting. The world famous sea lovers paradise of Poole Harbour is virtually on your doorstep as is the vibrant continental cafĂŠ culture of Poole and Bournemouth. Imagine living so close to the waters edge that you can smell the sea air while waking to the seclusion of your own forest clearing. Branksome Park Conservation Area covers 143 hectares but has only around 300 homes within this beautiful parkland. New development in Branksome Park is rare, contemporary bespoke design even rarer.
Spanning the centuries all the way back to the Jurassic Age
The surrounding area is rich in history and culture, pick any point on the compass and find experiences as diverse as the New Forest to the east, Durdle Door and the World Heritage Coast to the west, the world famous Poole Harbour and Sandbanks to the south and Stonehenge and historic Salisbury to the north. Today, Poole is a bustling modern harbour with fast links to France and the Channel Islands. Every interest is catered for, from kite surfing to sailing, from pony trekking to world class golf courses, or you can simply relax at the waters edge with a cool drink. and all within 1½ hours of London.

Directions
From London and the M3, bear west on the M27 and continue following signs to Bournemouth and Poole. From the A31 turn south bound on the A338 sign posted to Bournemouth and onto the A35 Wessex Way. When the dual carriageway ends continue straight over the roundabout and take the second exit signed B3065. Continue down The Avenue, turning right onto Western Road at the first set of traffic lights. Follow Western Road past a left fork, Mornish Road is the first turning on the right and Redwood is located on your left after approximately 200 metres.
