Our vision is to provide a talented and skilled workforce engaged in meaningful work that contributes to the prosperity of southwest Indiana. This brand guideline document explains how and when to use the new brand and logo. Please reach out to the Swin Workforce Board with any questions about the guide or logo files.
Digital artwork: Please use the RGB version of png, or jpegs. If needing a file with a transparent background please use the png file format.
Printed artwork: For projects being printed we recommend asking the vendor for their preferred file type and specs to ensure the best quality printing. If unsure, use the CMYK versions.
Vector artwork: Please use the eps versions, but do not edit the vectors themselves.
We develop and promote strategies that provide a skilled workforce for employers in Southwest Indiana. We support and train job seekers to pursue careers with competitive wages that lead to self-sufficiency. The Swin Workfoce Board logo is a clean, simple and recognizable mark to be used on marketing assets, websites and other promotional materials.
This secondary logo is primarily used for our website, https://swinworkforce.org/ and other marketing assets when given the space.
For digital materials and assets please reference the HEX values. For printing, reference the CMYK values or if requested by the printer please reference Pantone values.

Usage of the logo with Partners should utilize the layouts below based on size needed. Keep both logos separate and use a white background.
Usage of the logo with Written Partners should be used in specific typeface within the brand guidelines and navy color. It is important to keep this consistent for all Written Partner logos.
