From a young age, Andrew Carmines was deeply involved in his family's venture, Hudson’s Seafood House on the Docks, laying the foundation for his future as its general manager. Under his stewardship, Hudson's has flourished into one of Hilton Head's most celebrated and enduring seafood establishments. In 2013, Andrew furthered his commitment to sustainability and local cuisine by founding the Shell Ring Oyster Company, focusing on eco-friendly oyster farming. The Carmines family also honors Andrew’s late brother through the David M. Carmines Foundation, which hosts the Hilton Head Seafood Festival. Chef Lynn Michelle, known as The East Coast Chef, passionately believes in the power of food to unite people. A member of the American Private and Personal Chef Association and ServSafe certified, Chef Lynn handles everything from menu planning and grocery shopping to cooking and cleanup. Beyond the kitchen, she champions youth involvement in sports. As a committed supporter of the Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton, she sponsors an annual basketball tournament organized by esteemed Syracuse University player, coach Abraham “Tony” Bruin.
