Retail Opportunities in Georgia!

Retail Live has always been one of my favorite real estate conferences. Just this last week, I attended the annual event in Orlando, which is highly centered around retailers expanding in the southeast. Georgia was on the list of almost every retailer looking to expand their footprint. However, A+ sites are very hard to find since vacancy rates are at an all-time low, which means we need our local team (local economic developers, city managers, and utility partners) to help dig in more to find unlisted sites and unique opportunities. I connected with a long list of retailers and want to share with you several that have a need to be in Georgia.

**Retail Live is a trade show that allows brokers, landlords, developers, and other related industry professionals who attend the program to present their projects or services directly to retailers. In less than a day, participants get a chance to network directly with retailers actively expanding in the region.**
