REFLECTING ON THREE DECADES Dear Clients, Associates, and Friends, There are moments in your life that invite introspection and reflection; the 30th anniversary of the founding of London Bay Homes with my wife, Gemma, is such a moment for me. Incidentally, we also are celebrating our 30-year wedding anniversary. Reminiscing on this 30-year journey takes me back to the very beginning. Together with a small group of like-minded industry professionals, I navigated the unchartered waters of homebuilding in Southwest Florida. At the time, the completion of our first home in St. Charles Harbor in Fort Myers was no less a personal and professional achievement than the grandest of custom estates we recently sold in Naples’ historic Port Royal neighborhood. The journey began with one homebuyer who trusted our team to create the special place they would long call home. I will never forget the feeling of responsibility to deliver on the promises we made – and the feeling of accomplishment when those promises were delivered. To this day, no matter how many homes our team completes, I still own that sense of responsibility, and accomplishment, for helping to bring every homebuyer’s dream to life. Today, we call it Private Label Living: a reflection in every home of each client’s individual tastes, 4
