Membership INDIVIDUAL
7 DAY INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
7 Day Individual Membership is open to golfers of 30 years and over. 7 Day Members can include a Junior under the age of 18 in their membership without any additional charges. Members in this category enjoy full use and access to all the facilities on offer at London Golf Club.
5 DAY INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
5 Day Individual Membership is open to golfers of 18 years and over, with the option of playing Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday 5 Day Members can include a Junior under the age of 18 in their membership without any additional charges. Members in this category enjoy full use and access to all the facilities on offer at London Golf Club. If choosing to play Monday to Friday, 5 Day members may play either course on weekends providing they pay a full visitor green fee. 5 Day members may use the clubhouse on weekends and attend any social event throughout the year.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Family Membership is available to couples and includes two children less than 18 years of age. Adults within this category enjoy the same rights and privileges as 7 Day members and their children will be regarded as Junior Members.
INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP
If Open, a 7-Day booking window applies to this membership.The Intermediate category is for those players aged between 18 and 24 years of age, as of the 1st April. Intermediate Members who progress from Junior Membership will not be liable for an Intermediate Joining Fee, nor will they be liable for the Full Individual Membership joining fee when they reach 30 years of age. Intermediate Members enjoy all the same playing rights as 7 Day Members.
INTERMEDIATE 2 MEMBERSHIP
If Open, a 7-Day booking window applies to this membership. The Intermediate 2 Category is for
players aged 25-29 years of age as of the 1st April. Intermediate 2 Members enjoy all the same playing rights as 7 Day Members.
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
Junior Membership is available to the children of existing members who are under 18 years of age on the date of their application. Juniors are restricted to the times they may play on weekends and bank holidays, unless playing with an existing Member.
INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP
International Members are limited to 20 rounds of golf in any one year, with any rounds in excess of this liable for a visitors’ green fee payment. International Members will enjoy the same playing rights as 7 Day Members and will be able to compete in club tournaments.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
Social Membership is inclusive of access to all facilities at London Golf Club. This is excluding golf, which will be charged to Social Members at the Visitor’s rate. Members in this category can enjoy access to all events in the Club’s Social Calendar. Social Members will receive newsletters and updates on social and golf events, tournaments and special offers, and the Club’s magazine, ‘The London’. Members also have access to the Members Area of the website. Members in this category can enjoy booking priority and preferential rates for the function rooms and tournament hospitality. In addition, £100 of the membership fee will be credited to their Membership Account and can be used on food and beverage purchases in the Club’s bars and restaurant.
Social accounts may be topped-up or credited during the course of the year at the Member’s discretion. The annual minimum cannot be carried over from one membership year to the next. However, top-ups will carry over upon renewal of membership.
Annual subscriptions are due by 1st April each year.
Membership CORPORATE
Corporate Membership is available to corporate bodies, companies, and partnerships. Two basic combinations of Corporate Membership exist, Silver (5 Day, minimum of 40 rounds a year) and Gold (7 Day, minimum of 60 rounds a year), to offer flexible Membership solutions to companies of varying size and requirements.
An application for Corporate Membership must be made by a registered company. Annual rounds are credited to the Corporate Account. All rounds played will be credited from the corporate account (1 round = 1 round credited) for both cardholders and their guests. All rounds are debited from the account balance and cannot be settled by cash or other means. Corporate Membership requires a single point of contact for all bookings, billings, and general administration. Unaccompanied guests (with appropriate authorisation) may play on a Silver or Gold Membership (International Course only) at the full Visitor green fee. A minimum of 75% of the Annual rounds, must be used within the current membership year and will not be carried over from one membership year to the next.
Corporate Members may book corporate golf days, however annual rounds cannot be used towards this. More than 8 golfers constitutes a golf day. All golf day green fees will be charged at a member’s additional guest rate. Only two corporate named members will receive entry into club competitions and will be eligible to obtain an official England Golf handicap.
London Golf Club is perfectly placed to serve your meeting and events requirements. We have a selection of meeting rooms that are all naturally lit and equipped with air conditioning, the latest audio-visual technology, video conferencing and complimentary wireless broadband. Members are entitled to receive up to 50% discount on room hire.

We are delighted to introduce our latest category to London Golf Club. Academy membership is a category designed for golfers new to the game, who are looking to develop and work on their golf in tandem with London Golf Club’s team of PGA Professionals.
Working with the coaching team you will develop the fundamentals of golf, coupled with an introduction to the rules of the game and golf etiquette. Applications are accepted for the Academy Associate Programme providing, the individual has not previously held an active handicap and that a commitment of two years only is upheld, thereafter they will be invited to join on a full membership category as advertised by the Club at that time.

MEMBER DISCOUNT
Members will receive a 10% discount on all food and beverages purchased and the Pro Shop for merchandise, rental equipment, and guest green fees using their levy funds upon presentation of their membership card.
Levy Top-Up: Members must add funds to their levy account in advance. This can be done either in person at the checkout or through a dedicated mobile app called ESP.
Monitoring Spending: Members can track their spending using the ESP app. This allows them to keep track of how much of their levy funds they have used. Automatic Discount: When members make a purchase using their levy funds and present their Membership Card, any applicable discounts will be automatically applied to the transaction.
Membership Card Requirement: Access to the levy funds and member discounts requires the presence of the Membership Card during the transaction. Without the card, members will not be able to access their levy funds or receive discounts. In such cases, transactions must be settled in full at the checkout.
