Yet again the LSS umbrella network has pulled together for the 13 th meetup at Avalon Bar, Shoreditch which promises to be an exciting and memorable experience for all. Achievements We also like to congratulate MUA Karen Salandy (far right) for recently winning the Beauty Icon Award at the BEFFTA Awards ceremony for her contribution to the industry for over 20yrs. Karen's work has been published (i.e. Elle Magazine, Pride) and seen on LFW catwalks and TV and remains head make up artist amongst other beauty pageants.
