Manager’s Report – FM Zamora/GM Horner

FM Zamora presented his monthly reports and updates. o Facility Management Report- Please see figure A-1 o FM Zamora presented the Facility Management Report. o Work Orders- Please see figure A-2 o FM Zamora reported that there were a total of 65 work orders. o Building Permit Report- Please see figure A-3 o FM Zamora presented the Building Permit Report. o Past Due Condo Fee Report- Please see figure A-4 GM Horner announced that it was not a good month for condo fee collections. He reminded the audience that condo fees are due on the 10th. o (79) 1-15 days late ($18,250.00) o (55) 30-59 days late ($39,652.00) o (05) 60 days late ($4,097.00) o (10) 90 days late ($24,026.00) Past due condo fees last month (not including those in grace period 1-15 days) totaled $30,013.00. The current past due condo fees (not including those in grace period 1-15 days) total $67,775.00. The difference is $37,762.00. GM Horner voiced his concern that projects are budgeted and contingent on the collection of condo fees and that problems can arise when past due condo fee totals become substantial. SEC Vasquez asked GM Horner for a report on the current reconstruction projects in the park. GM Horner reported that there are currently 5 underway at various stages of construction. SEC Vasquez asked GM Horner to please include details of reconstruction projects, such as the stage of the project and contractor compliance, on his future meeting reports. GM Horner replied that he would start a new construction report.

ATTENTION GOLFERS!

Want to do something special for Valentines Day? Get those clubs shined up because I think we may have just what you’re looking for! Friday, February 14th, 2014 will be our first LIV CANCER RALLY. We’re planning to help fight ALL KINDS of cancer, not just “pick one”. We will be honoring those who are fighting, those who have fought and won, and those who have fought bravely and lost. We have our committee and we are busy working out the details - Food, raffle prizes, maybe a cocktail? All you have to do is pick your 4-person (or we can match you up) team and head for the Pro Shop to register and pay your fee ($35.00 per person, a major portion of which will go directly to cancer research). NOT A GOLFER? No need to miss out on the fun. We need VOLUNTEERS to help with all kinds of “stuff”. Just give Ruth Galow a call (920-203-5485) - She’ll be happy to hear from you! One more thing, keep your eye out for donation boxes around our Village. Even if you can’t play or volunteer, we know you care. !!!!!!!!
