For first hand information on what is going on in the village, More changes in the Time Warner channels. The following channels will be changed to digital format only: • XHAB – Televisa – Local (Ch .7) • KLUJ -- TBN Enlace ( Ch.9) • XHREY – Azetca 13 (Ch. 13) These changes will start on October 8, 2013. Ladies Kingfish Tourna ment Here comes Diane Johnson again from Lot 455 with the 3rd Place Trophy Dorado in the 2013 Lady Kingfish Tournament on August 10th. Diane has been in the winning circle many times over the last several years. This year her other two teams mates took 1st and 4th place Dorado trophies also.

FM Zamora presented their monthly reports and updates. o Past Due Condo Fees o (149) 1-15 days late ($95,822.00) o (00) 16-30 days late ($0.00) o (15) 31-60 days late ($5,932.00) o (12) 61-90 days late ($12,735.00) o (04) 90 days late ($16,195.00) Past due condo fees last month totaled $36,478.00. The current past due condo fees total $34,862.00. Difference of $1,616.00. o Building Permit o 4 issued; 1 concrete, 1 concrete deck, 2 repair boat dockS o FM Zamora stated that there is a new person at the maintenance office replacing Geno. Geno is now the lead housekeeper and is in charge of ordering supplies, inventory, safety report and set ups. The new personnel’s name is Marlo and is she learning how to do the reports and doing an excellent job. o Project o The sink hole on West Bonnet has been repaired. o A two inch steel bar by the Rec Hall parking lot has been replaced. o New speed limit signs have been installed. o The outside and inside hot tub’s blowers have been replaced. o The pool committee request list has been completed. o The schedule for the pressure washing of Bath Houses 1, 2 and 3 trash bins will be completed after trash (Monday) pick up, if weather permits. o A bid to redo the serving counter at the outdoor grill is pending. o Brown benches have been ordered to replace the white benches at the indoor pool. o A “Warning, Beware of Utilities” sign has been ordered for the island at the outdoor pool. o The painting to the entrance of the outdoor pool pump house will be completed this week. o The pump room door will be replaced with a fiberglass door. o FM Zamora stated that four companies have been called to give bids for the fence at the tennis courts. Two bids have been received from Central Fence and Garcia Fence. o Work Orders o There are 106 work order requests for the month, four are still open and one has been cancelled. The open work orders consist of the sign for the island, benches for the indoor pool, painting the entrance to the outdoor pool pump house and the cleaning of the sand pile on the basketball court.

J & N Construction came in for the repair as they were presently working on the sewer line. 08/01 Lot 190 Owner was upset with security as they did not open the gate as soon as they approached. 08/01 Lot 527 Took away extended pass as it did not match his license plate. 08/04 Pro Shop called security to report that flags from # 1 & # 2 were missing and that there were tire tracks on green # 1. 08/05 Lot 298 Owner warned about speeding in the village. 08/07 Lot 83 Security notified of a broken window. Report filed and pictures taken. 08/07 Security called regarding a driver of a 5th wheel driving recklessly and causing damage at Lot 384 and Lot 209. Security escorted driver to the correct lot and filed a report. 08/10 Security was called to Rec Hall as a renter from Lot 257 caused an incident during the entertainment in the hall. Security reminded owner of the rule regarding barking dogs and dog was taken inside. 08/25 Security revoked pass on vehicle going to Lot 77 as the License Plate # on the pass did Not match the one on the vehicle Driver sent to Welcome Center to get correct pass. 08/31 Security called to Lot 282 to help an intoxicated man who did not know what lot he was staying at. Man could barely talk or walk so sheriff was called and man was removed.

Approval of June 26, 2013 Board of Directors Meeting Minutes VP Pelletier made a motion to accept the minutes. Treasurer Steffensen seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed. Welcome Center Fees & Visiting Time – Treasurer Steffensen Treasurer Steffensen stated that this issue was discussed at the Coffee with Directors. AT Guerra suggested extending the time for the pass to an hour and a half. An open discussion about the touring pass took place. AT Guerra made a motion to extend the time of the pass to an hour and a half and if additional time is needed to extend the time to the maximum of two hours with management approval and management will show the unit or a designee. Secretary Vasquez seconded the motion. An open discussion took place. AT Guerra revised his motion. AT Guerra made a motion to extend the time of the pass to an hour and a half the maximum of two hours if need be. If the visitor would be like to view a particular unit, they would need to set up an appointment with management to view the unit. VP Pelletier seconded the motion. No discussion took place. All in favor. Motion Passed Treasurer Steffensen stated that there is concern about the deposits of the rental equipment at the Activities Center. An open discussion about the rental equipment deposit took place. AT Guerra made a motion to table the topic of the deposit for the Activities Center equipment. Director Ramirez seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion Passed. Variance for Lot A and Lot 286 – VP Pelletier VP Pelletier made a motion to accept the variance request for lot A. Director Ramirez seconded the motion. All in favor. The summer is in the past and we are looking forward to the return of our winter friends. Some of us fortunate to have stayed here in our tropical paradise will be at the Euchre tables on Tuesday and Thursdays beginning October 15 at 6:30 pm. We will be brushing up our game to be ready for the rest of you. We will be in the Art Room until such time that our numbers increase and we move into the rec hall.
