H – Health: Delivering Excellence
Join us in delivering exceptional service to our members. Whether you’re interested in fundraising through Resource Development, enhancing member relations in the R.E.A.C.H. Team, or contributing to policy discussions in the State of Series there is a place for you in Health initiatives. You can also be part of the team behind the Business Solutions Summit, where we create a premier showcase that fosters networking opportunities, recognizes outstanding businesses, and celebrates community members graduating from Leadership Longview.

E – Education/Workforce: Empowering the Future
Help us explore innovative ideas to improve educational access and connect skilled contributors with local employers. Contribute to Superintendents Forums, where we engage with school superintendents to enhance educational attainment. LongviewREADS! focuses on improving 3rd-grade reading outcomes by connecting employers with elementary schools. And don’t forget to join the Technology Council, where we guide Longview’s digital transformation through events life Code!Longview, Tech Talks, and the Cyber Summit.

A – Advocacy: Amplify Your Voice
Advocate for pro-business policies that promote business, economic development, job creation, and quality of life. Participate in the Federal & State Policy Review Team, where you can review and recommend policies to influence our business environment. Take it as a step further by participating in the Business Advocacy Council (BAC), where you’ll monitor and advocate for current policy position, plan Coffee Conversations, and contribute to our annual elected officials’ reception.
R – Redevelopment: Transforming Longview
Collaborate with stakeholders to revitalize underutilized areas in our community. Join the InterCity Trips and participate in brain trust sessions exploring best practices for creating an economic environment that benefits all generations.

T– Talent: Nurturing Future Leaders
Champion discussions on attracting and retaining talent in our community. Engage in Leadership Longview and become part of a network of leaders dedicated to Longview’s growth. If you’re a paid in good standing Alumnus, you can help coordinate and produce Leadership Longview events. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of the 40 Under 40 executive series, designed for young professionals looking to grow personally and professionally. Lastly, contribute to Longview’s growth by helping oversee the chamber’s relocation resources in LongviewNOW!
