GET READY TO REIMAGINE

Debut Details and Fall Highlights

The debut of Longwood Reimagined is fast approaching … and now is the time to make your plans to experience it first.

Our Longwood Reimagined Member previews begin November 3. Enjoy exclusive access to our wondrous new spaces before their public debut on November 22. Another new, extraordinary experience awaits October 25 with the opening of our new 1906—featuring fresh, sustainable fare and exceptional culinary artistry.

Fall in our Gardens offers something for everyone—from the return of our Garden Railway, to festive Pumpkin Displays, special bonsai exhibits, and much more.

As our staff, students, and volunteers busily prepare for the opening of Longwood Reimagined, we have put our Chrysanthemum Festival on hold for this year. Rest assured, we are continuing to care for our chrysanthemum collection— even trialing new cultivars and forms—in preparation for the return of the Chrysanthemum Festival in 2025 … which will be bigger, bolder, and better than ever.

Our New 1906: Opening October 25

Reimagine your dining experience with the beauty and hospitality of our new 1906. Savor the culinary artistry of Executive Chef George Murkowicz and his team, who curate thoughtfully crafted seasonal menus grounded in exceptional flavors and sustainable practices—and, working with our horticulturists, showcase seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients grown in our Gardens, just steps away from 1906.

In this exceptional space carved into the topography of the Main Fountain Garden, enjoy stunning new décor of floor-toceiling windows overlooking the Main Fountain Garden, plush seating, soaring ceilings, and bespoke furniture crafted from reclaimed wood from Longwood trees. Choose from a variety of unique dining options, including a bar, lounge, and private dining area.

Every detail of this remarkable space is designed to delight and inspire—and we can’t wait to welcome you.
