Garden Gourmet Fully Loaded Burger

• 226g pack Garden Gourmet Sensational

Burger • ¼ small red cabbage • 1 cucumber • 50g carrot, peeled & finely shredded • 1 lemon • 50g lettuce • 2 brioche burger buns • 1 tbsp vegan garlic or spicy mayonnaise • Ground black pepper • 2 tbsp reduced fat red pepper houmous

Method

1. Shred the red cabbage and season with lemon juice and black pepper. 2. Using a peeler, peel slices of cucumber into thin ribbons and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 3. Toast the bun halves in a dry frying pan and set aside. Cook the burger in a frying pan according to the instructions on the pack. 4. Spread the ban bases with a little red houmous. Cover with the lettuce and red cabbage. 5. Place the burgers and top with the carrot, vegan mayo and cucumber ribbons.

Place the bun lid.
