1The Fast & Furious actress says yoga has made a “big difference” to her body. “It’s also for your mind,” she explains. “At the end, you have that moment of lying down and five minutes of [does an exaggerated exhale]. Kind of like a meditation. I think that’s important for your brain, and to come down.”

2As well as yoga, Elsa is a fan of the weights rack. “I’m using more and more weight and fewer repetitions to create muscle,” she says. “But stretching is so important – and in women, it’s what gives you a beautiful shape.”

3The Spanish star follows a Mediterranean diet, but reveals her hubby Chris Hemsworth got her into intermittent fasting, too. “I read that it was amazing for anti-ageing, so I was like, ‘I’m in!’” she says.

4“I can’t go without training for more than two weeks – I get nervous and my energy starts to go down,” Elsa reveals. “When your body’s changing and you’re achieving your goals, it’s such a great thing.”

5Exercising during her pregnancies with children India, seven, and twins Tristan and Sasha, five, helped Elsa maintain her fitness levels. “I never stopped training,” she says.“It’s good to be fit when you get pregnant, because your muscle has memory and after you have your baby, your muscles are like, ‘Oh, we know that!’ and go back to how they were.” APP O F T H E WEEK
