Now, with footie legend Becks about to increase his time in Miami while Victoria keeps the home fires burning in London with their kids –Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 14, and eight-year-old Harper –the pop-star-turned-fashiondesigner is nervous about their marriage being put to the test once again. “Vic is telling pals that their surgery makeover is a way to ensure she and David keep themselves on top of the game with so many younger, attractive power couples coming onto the scene,” adds the source. “But those closest to her feel it’s just her old insecurities coming to the surface again. They’d much rather she got some counselling than go under the knife.”
