GARDEN SPRITZ INGREDIENTS: •2 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin

• Prosecco, to top

•2 parts chilled soda water

• Sliced strawberry, to garnish

• 1 part fresh lemon juice

• Lemon twist, to express

METHOD: 1. Fill a wine glass three quarters full with cubed ice 2. Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, elderflower cordial & soda water to the glass 3. Stir for five-ten seconds. 2 THROWBACK TO THE 90s

MINI EGG MARTINI INGREDIENTS:

• 25g mini chocolate eggs • 1 tsp honey • 25ml crème de cacao • 25ml Irish cream • 50ml vodka • Ice

METHOD:

1. Crush the chocolate mini eggs then tip onto a small plate. Brush the rim of a martini glass with a little of the honey then dip the glass into the crushed chocolate eggs. 2. Pour the crème de cacao, Irish cream and vodka into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake. Strain into the glass and serve.
