Increase your customers’ average spend and your gross profit by OFFERING A RANGE OF EXTRAS such as naan bread, poppadoms and potato/vegetable options.

Run a special offer on ASIAN BEERS & CIDERS for the week.

If your venue is drinks led, think about adding a special range of Curry Week BAR SNACKS. You can even pre-buy these to make it easier.

Make sure you offer VEGETARIAN, VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE options.

Promote DRINK PAIRINGS with your curries and offer a special price if ordered together. The most popular pairing for curry is beer, but you can also pair well with wine.

Street food has increased in popularity over the last few years. Help your venue stand out with an interesting STREET FOOD MENU rather than a traditional curry offering.
