Liquid Light Brewing Company was founded in September 2017. After years of experience home brewing and working in other breweries, they decided it was time to start their own. They started brewing on a nano kit in their shed. After great success selling small batch brews in bottles, they decided it was time to upscale the recipes, so they purchased their own 2000L fermenting vessel.

Founded in 2019, Brew 61 is an award-winning 10 BBL micro-brewery based on the family’s farm in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The farming environment has always been the inspiration behind the beers, most of which are named after the farm’s location and its herd of Highland cows and flock of Dorset sheep.
