By The Horns Brewing Co. was launched in 2011 due to the lack of beer choice on offer in pubs, off-licenses & bars in the UK. Alex Bull & Chris Mills, the two founders, wanted to tear away from their corporate jobs and give themselves the freedom to do what they enjoyed most…brew beer. In forming By The Horns Brewing Co. their vision was to brew approachable beers but bring taste, choice and flavour to the forefront.
A bold rounded malty mouthfeel with layers of caramel and lightly roasted malts.
HOPADELIC
New World hops from North West America, specifically The Yakima Valley, are full of fruity, tropical & citrus notes.
DIAMOND GEEZER
Bold as brass and in your face beer. A hoppy red ale with a touch of caramel sweetness to start, then light nuttiness.
THE CAPTAIN
Balanced bitterness complements the complex malt base with soft floral & grassy hop undertones.
Mr Grundy’s Brewery was established in 2010 at the back of Mr Grundy’s Tavern. Mr Grundy’s brewery was originally started to supply beer only to Mr Grundy’s and some local pubs but following demand the beers can now be found all across the Midlands and further across the UK. The beers are steeped in English tradition and are forward in utilising English ingredients to produce a range of cask ales from stouts and porters which carry depth of flavour to light and refreshing pales.

An all English, straw coloured, pale sharp bitter with citrusy overtones.
BIG WILLIE
Thirst-quenching golden ale packed with English hops giving a lasting dry bitter finish.
NO MAN’S LAND
Medium strength hoppy bitter with soft malty flavours of a traditional bitter, using English hops.
SNIPER
Smooth refreshing bitter with a hint of toffee and a satisfying malty aroma.
Based at the foot of the Ochil Hills in Alva, they produce award-winning, natural brews combining local ingredients and pure Scottish water with some of the finest hops from around the world. They are proud of the fact that roughly 80% of the malt they use comes from a local farm within 8 miles of the brewery, and the spent grain finds its way back to another local farmer as feed for his cattle.
BITTER & TWISTED
A malty-sweet aroma with a floral, fruity hoppiness and a zingy, zesty flavour.
NATURAL BLONDE
A light golden beer with a clean and refreshing palate, a delicate hop character and citrus notes.
HAGGIS HUNTER
A spicy, fruity amber ale. The perfect drop to share wi’ the chieftain o’ the puddin’-race!
SCHIEHALLION
Crisp and refreshing, grapefuity and fresh. Hops: Challenger, Styrian Goldings and Hallertau Hersbrücker.
Born in Macclesfield in 2010, love and respect for the great British cask pint started the brewery and honed its reputation. That devotion remains just as strong today complemented by an array of more hop-forward styles completes their love of ale.
