Welcome to our final issue of the year, it is hard to believe that we are getting ready to close out 2024!

For Lori’s, it certainly has been an eventful year as we continue to grow and fulfill our Mission “to spread joy and support.” While we have much to celebrate in terms of record store growth, the launch of our Rewards program with mobile ordering, and continued product innovation, none is more important than to take a moment to honor those who made it happen. As our annual Year in Review issue, we have the opportunity to once again highlight all of our “Make

Your Mark” award winners and celebrate them for going above and beyond as a positive influence in the hospitals they serve and for making a difference in the lives they touch every day. In the pages ahead, I hope you take the time to read more about these difference makers and the positive impact each has made in lives of others, whether professional or personal.

In closing, we are looking forward to start of the new year, and the continued commitment of being your “trusted place”

LORI’S NEW WHITE PAPER IS PUBLISHED IN 2024

In 2023, Lori’s concluded an extensive research initiative aimed at understanding the primary factors contributing to overall distress within hospitals among employees and visitors. Pinpointing problems to solve and solutions needed helped illuminate the pivotal role that retail within a hospital can play in enhancing the overall hospital experience.

Lori’s partnered with Bixa, an award-winning market research company with extensive experience in consumer research. Qualitative and quantitative research across a large, national sample of participants resulted in several critical insights into what patients, visitors and hospital staff want and need. Armed with this research, Lori’s Business Development team can illustrate thoroughly how Lori’s retail solutions can positively impact the overall hospital experience and ultimately, the hospital’s bottom line.
