A meeting was held for each of the company’s three national regions, West, Central and East. The QBRs each kicked off with a recap of the third quarter, which proved to be the company’s most successful quarter since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to a review of Q3, Regional VPs focused on stores that were underperforming and created an action plan for each one. The Leadership Team, RVPs and District Managers discussed best practices and shared success stories. East Regional VP of Operations, Eric Harrison said, “We identified opportunities and shared best

Holiday season. The QBR was a great opportunity to measure our success in the last quarter and to prepare for a stellar 4th quarter!” Teams dove deeply into Operations upates, with a focus on merchandising cleanup and refreshment. New Plan-O-Grams were presented to achieve better uniformity and cohesion throughout stores in every district. Feedback has been very promising from preliminary marketplace resets. Lori’s recent QBR set the tone for a productive and profitable 4th quarter. Together, teams identified the best aspects of performance, addressed underperformance, shared best practices and operational goals, and channeled the information into actionable solutions for a strong fall and winter.

Lori’s Gifts partnered with the Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center Auxiliary to raise funds for a new neonatal transport ambulance. As the only Level 3 NICU hospital North of Portland, the need for a safe, smooth ride for critically ill infants was essential. Lori’s “Round Up at at the Register” program was deployed at the Store Manager Lisa Field holds Store # 397 gift shop, and a Round Up for Miracle 2 sign in Bangor, Maine’s Northern Light Eastern Main Medical Center. helped raise nearly $1500 in change in just a few months. All funds raised will support the Auxiliary’s efforts to earn $125,000 for the purchase of the “Miracle 2” ambulance. Lori’s District Manager, Jessica Brunelle, learned

of the need for Miracle 2 at a “Lunch & Learn” with Auxiliary President Nazrin Dixon and Volunteer Services Director Stacey Coventry. Store Manager Lisa Field and Salesperson Maggie DionneTyler and many kind donors are doing their part to save infant lives.
