Lori’s Gifts is thrilled to announce the post-COVID reopening of four gift shops in Wisconsin. All are part of the Advocate Aurora Health system, started in Milwaukee in1984, when St. Luke’s Medical Center joined Good Samaritan to form Aurora Health Care. In 2018, Aurora merged with Advocate Health Care of Illinois to form Advocate Aurora Health, a US top 12 non-profit health system. Store 319 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee was originally opened in Sept., 2009. Closed through COVID for two years, the shop opened back up on Aug. 9, 2022. All four Aurora gift shops operate under Lori’s VP of Regional Operations, Tracy Sinnott, who expressed her tremendous pride in her team’s Herculean efforts to get them open in a short period of time. Store 332 at Aurora Medical Center Summit in Milwaukee first opened in Feb., 2010. After closing for two years due to COVID, the store reopened on Aug. 16, 2022. Store 344 at Aurora Grafton in Milwaukee first opened in Nov., 2010, was closed two years, and then reopened on Aug. 16, 2022. Hospital President Michelle Blakely thanked Lori’s District Manager Tim Murphy and expressed how happy the hospital is to have the shop back. Store 363, Aurora BayCare in Green Bay, (opened June 2011) reopened on Aug. 16, 2022. The Hospital’s Chaplain thanked the shop for returning, saying the healthcare team missed it, and really needed a place to relieve stress. Tracy Sinnott, at the Green Bay location on opening day, said, “We had doctors, nurses, volunteers, EVS and patients come in with joy and excitement, just to say ‘Thank you’ for coming back!”

our Store Support Center is moving! During October we will be relocating from our current office to 8400 Belleview Dr. Suite 255 Plano, TX 75024.
We are pleased to be relocating to a space that is health-smart, with an air purification system and touchless elevator and entry doors, and that is environmentally friendly, with green space, and an Energy Star rating.
Although we’re moving just a little north of our current location at Chenault Dr. in Carrollton, our new Store Support hub in Plano will be a great reflection of the direction we are heading as we continue the evolution of Lori’s.
Streamlined to reflect the current needs of the business, the new hub for Lori’s Support Center team will enable us to meet and work collaboratively in a bright new space together to better serve our store teams and hospital partners.
We do not anticipate any interruption to our daily support level or response times during the moving process. Once settled,
FIELD LEADERSHIP Haley Benson joined Lori’s Gifts as a Store Manager in October of 2017, after many years with Hallmark. In October of 2020, after being furloughed for 6 months, Haley returned, and was promoted to the position of District Manager. Haley loves the close-knit feel of the Lori’s team and the opportunities she has had to grow with the company.

LORI’S CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING IN COLORADO Lori’s Gifts held a ribbon-cutting August 23 at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, Colorado (about 25 miles south of Denver) to celebrate the Grand Opening of Store 651. Lori’s field leadership team gathered with leaders of the UCHealth System, hospital staff, and volunteers to cut the red ribbon and welcome first-time guests. Lori’s Regional VP, Bob Robinson stated, “We’re very fortunate to be a partner in a new, beautiful facility, and we look forward to growing the gift shop and being an integral part of the hospital.” STORE 651, HIGHLANDS RANCH
