Planning Reminders Tastings Our next food tasting is schedule for Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 6:30p. We still have a few spots available. Please rsvp as soon as possible if you wish to attend. 2015 additional tasting dates: March 8th, June 25th, August 6th, October 8th—Menus will be published by January.
Ceremony Rehearsal Date Rehearsal times can be tentatively scheduled at any point in the planning process. Please contact us to arrange your date and time. We will confirm the rehearsal time as definite 14 days prior to the date. Before that point, we may find it necessary to move your rehearsal if a contracted event needs the practice space. We will let you know as soon as possible if a change is required.
BEO {Banquet Event Order} AKA Event Details meeting We will meet once before your wedding to cover many aspects of your big day including the agenda, room layout, and food and drink requirements. This meeting should be planned 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, so please let us know when you would like to schedule your appointment if we do not contact you first. Please also remember to double check your contracts and add your next payment due dates to your calendar.
