assop Station is now open in the evening as well as the daytime! A new children’s play area has been installed so why not take advantage of the light nights this summer and come for your tea with the family. There’s play towers with slides, bridges and fireman’s pole and a ‘trim trail’ obstacle course to test their balancing skills. The delicious daytime menu remains the same but at five o’clock the new pizza oven is fired-up so you can all enjoy amazing thin and crispy stone baked pizzas. There is also an ever changing array of specials and salads to keep everyone happy. ittle Sage Baby Yoga comes to Chesterfield. Hello. My name is Laurie and I am mum to my beautiful little girl Mia, the inspiration and reason why I came to discover and experience the wonders of Baby Yoga for myself back in 2010. To just ‘be’ with my baby in such a calming and supportive environment meant the world to me at the time and as a result I trained with Birthlight and established Little Sage Yoga. With courses now running across Derbyshire I am very excited to be introducing Baby yoga to Chesterfield from September. You can bring your babies from 8 weeks old to experience massage, moves, songs stretches and sensory exploration designed to aid your baby’s development and help your post-natal recovery. Learn techniques that can help to ease colic, soothe an over stimulated baby and induce a deeper sleep, plus ways to help you relax and restore your energy levels. Classes are kept small so places are limited. For more information or to book contact: Laurie: 07545 479693 laurie@littlesageyoga.co.uk www.littlesageyoga.co.uk or visit Little Sage FB page.

nlike many commercial swim schools, School of Splash is owned by Chesterfield Swimming Club who are a not for profit competitive swimming club. School of Splash delivers a high quality learn to swim programme in line with national standards. Being owned by a swimming club means that once your child can swim they can then progress onto competitive swimming with the same coaches. Ailie Frazer aged 7 learned to swim with School of Splash aged 4 and now regularly swims competitively with the Club at a regional level. Ailie’s mum comments: ‘It’s great that having learnt to swim and discovering a talent, Ailie could continue with the same coaches and not have to move elsewhere to an unfamiliar Club’. or over a decade, TinyTalk’s fun, friendly and award-winning Baby Signing and Toddler Talking classes have delighted pre-school children. Our very special mix of songs and rhymes, puppets, sensory shapes, bubbles, parachutes, mirrors, books, instruments and social playtime over a drink and biscuit stimultes your child’s development. It’s wonderful for you to spend quality time engaging with your little one and making friends too! Through our baby classes (birth - 2 years) parents have discovered that using sign

language allows your baby to express their needs and thoughts long before they can talk, cutting out the guesswork for you! Our toddler classes (18 months - 4 years) still use sign language but focus more on speech and are a great way to give your child a strong foundation in communication and language. These classes also develop their confidence and other essential skills such as teamwork and listening, along with lots of fun! Join us for your FIRST FREE CLASS.
