Lotus  Gardenscapes  is  looking  for  a  dedicated  and  responsible  individual  to Â ďŹ ll  a  full-­â€?8me,  seasonal  Foreman  posi8on.    We  specialize  in  landscape  design,  installa8on  and  maintenance.   Please  visit  our  website  for  more  informa8on:   www.lotusgardenscapes.com The  posi6on:   Prac6cal  Skills • 3-­â€?5  years  minimum  prac6cal  experience  at  a  landscape  company  • 2-­â€?3  years  minimum  experience  as  a  crew  leader  with  site  management  experience • must  have  hardscape  installa6on  experience  w/  pavers,  walls  and  natural  stone  as  well  as  layout  skills  and  blueprint  reading • must  be  knowledgeable  and  precise  with  power  tools  (w/  an  emphasis  on  Bobcat,  paver  saws,  sod-­â€?cuFers,  roto8llers,  trenching  equipment) • a  plus,  perennial  &  shrub  knowledge:  iden8ďŹ ca8on,  plan8ng,  fer8lizing  &  care Essen6al  Quali6es • excellent  communica6on  skills  • a  strong  work  ethic  and  organiza8onal  skills • a  good  sense  of  humor  and  a  exible  personality • posi8ve  team  player The  company:   Philosophy A  crea8ve  &  sustainable  approach  to  landscaping.
