INTRODUCTION

Do you want more control over your time, work, and finances? We all do. However, only a few people manage to get there. Why? You may ask. Because they haven’t mastered the most effective ways to monetize their passion and quit the 9-5 grind. If you want to dodge that bullet and have more control over your income, schedule, and time; this book is for you. I can help you find your passion and cover the most effective ways to turn it into a lucrative business. So, sit back, grab a pen and paper, and let’s dive in. Keep in mind that your 'Headlines' can be used to focus the reader’s attention on a particular (or main) topic of your Article/E-Book/Services. The writer can also give detailed information following answers to general questions like who, what, when, where, why and how. When starting your business whether it involves digital or physical products, always remember the: who, what when, where and why as far as what your business/specialties will present to it's audience.

3 TURN YOUR PASSION INTO CASH

Trying to turn passion into profit can be a little nerve wrecking and slightly risky. The good news is that you can minimize the risks by starting small and planning carefully. Keep in mind that in the early stages of launching your business (regardless the niche or type of business), you're still in the learning phase. Test the waters first and make sure whatever you do is scalable. Then, as you start seeing success, invest in rolling your products and services out in a more significant way. The obvious but most important step is to find your passion. This is because there is no limit to how far you can go when you discover what you are passionate about. Your passion is something you genuinely enjoy doing. It helps you to build on your strengths, guides you in the right direction, and keeps you moving forward when you feel demotivated. Therefore, figure out what it is that you are passionate about and find the financial freedom you are aiming for. The best way to eventually turn passion into profit is to start your business while you still have the safety and security of your day job. Ideally, you won’t leave your full-time position until your passion project is providing you with a sustainable, growing cash flow that is equal to at least 80% or more of your current salary. Some entrepreneurs have a healthy appetite for risk, but you shouldn’t jump into anything without having a 'safety net' or having a good chance at success. Know your interests Write down your interests and pay attention to your top 4 or 5. What do you enjoy doing the most? Is it entrepreneurship, writing, reading, designing, etc.? When you are satisfied with your list, move on to the next step.

4 What do you enjoy doing?..... but may not be so good great at? Remember that your strong points aren’t necessarily the only way to find your passion. You can also identify one or two things you love to do but aren’t as efficient as you wish you were and work from there. For instance, you may be interested in launching startups but have failed several times. How many times have you failed only to try all over again? When you have listed your interests and skills, focus on the next step. Know your strong points Know your strong points or skills and compare them to what you love doing. Come up with a list of what you are great at and on a scale of 1 to 10 mark how fulfilling each skill is to you. Do you enjoy doing what you are great at or are you doing it for the sake of it? If your top 3 skills are in line with your interests, you are on the right path. Pay attention to the problems you like to solve This will help you to choose a passion that not only benefits you but your potential customers or audience as well. So, what problems do you like to solve? Maybe you are good with numbers and your colleagues come to you with bookkeeping or math-related challenges. Perhaps you are a brilliant designer and are designing flyers for family events such as birthdays or anniversaries. What you like to solve or the service you are willing to provide for free can lead to your passion.

5 Concentrate on the books you like to read Next, what sort of books do you like to read? What things do you like researching, especially in your free time? When you answer that, compare your responses to your previous list of interests and strong points. Does your choice of literature go with your interests and skills? If so, you have found your passion.

Zone In On Your Passion (narrow it down) You may realize that you desire to launch a new business, you are great at teaching others, networking, creating eBooks/various content, being a social media influencer, designing arts/digital arts and have been providing your services for free or dirt cheap to where you're hardly making any money. You can start monetizing your skills online. You may also discover that you enjoy doing research, are a good writer, and have been journaling for years. In this case, you can start a blog or offer your services on freelancing sites. The key thing to remember is that whatever your passion is, you can turn it into cash, use it to gain more control over your life, and find the freedom you desire. Here’s how!

Create Your First Product or Service Turn your newly found passion into a product or service and market it to your target audience. Keep in mind that the key to succeeding in your new venture is to add value to your customers’ lives, retain them, and attract new ones. Achieve this by offering a product or service that is better than what the competition offers or solve a problem that your competitor isn’t.

6 key things to consider when creating your first product or service type What type of product or service are you offering? For instance, if you are great at designing logos, websites, brochures and also love teaching, which route are you going to take? Will you market and sell your services on freelance sites or you are going to create an online course and sell it on Udemy? Choose what suits you best. The important thing is to pick the option that you are most comfortable with and one that will enable you to reach your audience faster.

Product or service type. What type of product or service are you offering? For instance, if you are great at designing logos, websites, brochures and also love teaching, which route are you going to take? Will you market and sell your services on freelance sites or you are going to create an online course and sell it on Udemy? Choose what suits you best. The important thing is to pick the option that you are most comfortable with and one that will enable you to reach your audience faster.

Your audience. Next, find your prospective customers. Decide on your target market. Is it students, stay-at-home moms, SMEs, or freelancers? Do your research and find out what their pressing needs are. Offer them solutions that they aren’t getting elsewhere or make inaccessible ones accessible. For example, if you are targeting stay-at-home moms and realize that they are having challenges carrying out household duties, maintaining their side hustle, and shopping for groceries, build your business around that. Create an app, advertise and sell it to 3 or so supermarkets and explain how it’s going to benefit their business. Mention how it’s going to enable them to do door-to-door deliveries, attract more customers, and grow sales. Focus on how the company and its customers are going to benefit from it.

7 Study Your Competition. When you know your audience, study your competitors. Know who your competition is, identify their strong points, and learn from them. Similarly, find what they are not doing right and fill in the gap. This will give you a head start and help you to avoid making the common mistakes that most beginners make. Design and layout. Next, concentrate on your product or service design and layout. How do you want to present it to your potential customers? What channels are you going to use? You can create a page and promote it on social media platforms. It can be an earlier version of the final product. The goal is to get the word out there and find out how many people are willing to exchange money for that particular product. So, use WordPress or your preferred CMS and create your MVP or Minimum Viable Product. The trial version helps you to gain insight into what your users need. It will help you to make the necessary adjustments and ensure a successful product launch. Your MVP should include the most important features such as the brand name, logo, a detailed description of what your product solves, associated costs, as well as a mission statement (optional).

BUILD YOUR ONLINE REPUTATION So, you’ve discovered your passion and have created the perfect product. The next thing is to create your online presence. The great way to do that is to build your reputation and brand. You want to be the go-to person for that particular product or service and build authority. That is how you are going to succeed!

6 Secrets to Building Your Reputation

1. Stick to your niche. Stick to content that focuses on your niche and provide valuable information that’s centered around your brand. Talk about current trends or issues in your trade and join discussions that are related to what you represent. Don’t go off-topic or join conversations that have nothing to do with your current product. 2. Make connections. Build relationships with people who are starting and professionals who are already successful in your line of business. This is a great way to make connections, learn, grow your audience, and ensure the right people interact with your brand.

3. Be trustworthy and authentic. Be transparent and honest. Don’t misrepresent yourself or your brand. Be honest about who you are, what you stand for, as well as what you can do. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver because that is how you lose trust. If there is something you can’t do, don’t pretend otherwise. When your customers or audience know that you are reliable, authentic, and always deliver as expected, you will build long-term partnerships and quickly establish your online image.

9 4. Pick a business name/logo Next, pick a name for your business/service. Choose one that clearly defines and describes your trade. Find out if it is not already taken by doing a quick Google search. If it isn’t, move on to the next step. Design your logo or hire a designer on Fiverr. Come up with a slogan or business mantra and continue with the branding process. Decide on your primary colors and fonts. Be consistent. Use the same colors on all posts and ads. Use professional images on both your business as well as professional profiles. Make sure your brand name or logo and slogan appear on all your ads or posts.

5. Own a website or blog. Own a website and ensure your domain name is your business name. That is how you protect your brand and ensure you are easily identifiable online. If you already have a personal website, build your brand’s reputation using your site. Feature your products or services on it.

Market to your existing audience or start a blog on the side. Your blog can be dedicated to offering valuable content that’s centered on your present niche and advertising your services to your audience time and again. 6. Be responsive on social media. Join social media platforms and use them to build your brand. Respond to all comments or questions on your social accounts and pages. Be open to criticism and value the feedback you receive. As you continue to build your reputation, mention your newly created product or service and begin advertising and selling it.

Create & Sell Courses

13

After becoming an expert in your niche, you can create an online course and sell it on Udemy, Teachable, Thinkific, or Skillshare. Many people are doing it and the best part is that you create your course once and keep updating it with new information as you go. Most courses start at $15 or more but you can still make a lot of money. The more students you have the more money you make. So, concentrate on providing valuable information or teaching critical and in-demand skills. For example, if writing is your passion, you can create a course that teaches students how to improve their writing skills and turn them into profits. The most important part is to do enough research so that you can provide helpful information and attract more students. If you have great reviews and testimonials, more people will purchase your course.

4 Things to consider when creating an online course 1. Your skill levels You want to maintain your reputation online so, consider your experience and skill levels before launching your course. How skilled are you in that particular field? Do you consider yourself an expert? If you are comfortable with your skills and have become an expert in your field, create your course. If not, I’d recommend you polish up your skills first and then give it a go. There are many online sources you can use. For example, you can purchase a course and learn faster or use countless free online resources to perfect your skills. Follow influencers in your niche, enroll in free courses, or watch free YouTube videos that will help with the learning curve. Once you are comfortable with your skills, have had enough practice, and have access to helpful resources that will benefit your future students, create the course.

14

2. Market Demand Next, consider market demand. How many people want to access the information you have? Who can benefit from it? The best way to figure this out is by asking your existing audience. Mention your course on your blog, Facebook page, or YouTube channel. Talk about the reason for creating one as well as how your students are going to benefit. You can also ask a few questions that will help you offer valuable content. For instance, what challenges are you having with ABC? What would you like to learn? Or what skills do you wish to polish? 3. Value Proposition Next, work on your pricing plan. How much are you going to charge? How much do you wish to make overall? Learn from the competition. Pay attention to their strategy and come up with a better one. For instance, charge $20 or more for the complete course and give your students free useful resources. This will lead to more enrollments. 4. Marketing Channels Decide on your marketing channels. How are you going to market your new business venture? You can use existing social accounts or pages as well as your blog or website. You can also use Marketing Automation Software. For example, Mailchimp.

Create & Sell An E-Book They say the best way to making money on the Internet, is to create your own Ebook. Wow! Thats a simple statement, but do you know what is involved. Ill try to explain what I have learned and I am learning while I'm creating my own Ebook. Brainstorming If you know what you want to create, you've already on your way. But, if you're not sure what information you have stored in your years of living well, it can be difficult. I've found the best way to brainstorm is to write your ideas, experiences and knowledge down on a piece of paper then do research to determine what people are looking for on the net. Research To determine if your product, idea, or info-knowledge will fly you must do research. Go to Wordtracker or Overture and see how many times people in the month were looking for what you want to write about. This will give you an idea if it is a viable product. Also do a straight search in Google and Yahoo for your keywords, and see what turns up. Investigate some of the sites, you may be surprised that you have a completely slant on the information you want to present in an E-book which is a good thing. Writing If you think your ebook may fly, then it is time to write. Create it in html or a txt format, using Word or Notepad. Then download Gymnast its free (you can find it on my site — go to the tools sections, and look under Promote tool. This will create your ebook. But before you pull it into a PDF, be sure to proofread your material. Next, you can create an Ebook cover. Yes, I know, youre on a tight budget. look to OnlineWebCreations.com — they have some free ebook covers that you can choose from, and an on-line tool in which you can add the title of the book onto the Ebook cover.

16 If you don't find these free ebook covers to your liking then you can purchase software to create your own ebook cover or pay someone else to do it for you. Once you have your ebook completed, it is time to get it out to the masses. I would suggest submitting your ebook to Clickbank or Payloadz. However, if this is your first ebook, I would strongly suggest that you give Payloadz a closer look. From my own research it is reasonable, you upload your ebook to their server (which eliminates your need to make your ebook available to the customer), and the payment goes through your Paypal account.

How is it used to promote your business? By offering e-books to those people who visit your site, you are allowing your visitors to know a bit more about the product/service you are promoting. By writing on a topic that you are familiar with you set yourself up as an expert in your particular field. The power behind e-books is the leverage it will give you in the internet marketplace. Get started today.

Become A Freelancer

17

What Is a Freelancer?

A freelancer is someone who offers their services for a fee and usually with no expectation of a permanent single client, although the working relationship can be ongoing. It's a form of selfemployment, similar to operating a home business versus telecommuting. With that said, a freelancer can work as a contractor, as opposed to a home business.

There are several reasons to start freelancing: -Done on the side around your job, -it's a way to generate extra income to pay off debt or save for a rainy day. -It's affordable to start if you already have the skills and equipment to do the job. -You can start quickly. As soon as you find a client, you can start getting paid to freelance. -It allows for greater independence over a job. -It's often flexible, allowing you to work part-time or during off business hours. There can be a few downsides, including: -It can take time to build a full-time income. -Work, hours and therefore, income, can be irregular. -Managing multiple clients and projects requires excellent organization. -Pay for new freelancers can start out with low earnings.

18 If you choose to freelance part time or full time, it is a good place to start. When there is less pressure to generate income immediately, you can be more creative and thoughtful with the type of work you do and the clients you do it for. For this reason, it’s actually a great idea to start a freelancing business before you think you need to. Freelancing is often built from trust and client relationships, and those relationships take time to form. If you start freelancing part time or on the side, you give yourself time to create the crucial relationships you’d need to make a full-time living freelancing. Choose which skills you’d want to start freelancing with Whether you’re set to become a freelancer full time or on the side, your business will be built around your unique personal skills you have to offer, those skills are your greatest asset. It is imperative to identify the different skills you’ve built over the years that other people may not have and want to pay you to use. Start with a list of your skills along with your personal strength/weaknesses. It’ll be easiest to start with all of the skills that you’ve already been paid to leverage. It doesn’t matter if the job was full time or part time, as long as you were being paid. if a client was willing to pay you to do that work, chances are that you’re pretty good at it! That’s a skill you can likely leverage to start a freelance business. Think about your last several jobs: what were you being paid to do for those companies? The options are endless! it may be customer service, graphic design, photography, or financial or modeling. If those roles required creativity or use of a specific software, it’s even more likely that someone would be willing to pay YOU rather than take the time to learn that skill themselves.

20

What are the Benefits of Becoming A Voice Over?

1. The Impact You Can Have by Lending Your Voice to Projects Around the World Even small voice over projects can make a big splash. Every client you work for, whether it’s an international powerhouse or a local small business, is being made better by the voice over you provide. It can be extremely fulfilling to witness what success is achieved with your help. 2. The Voice Acting Community and the Amazing Clients As you begin to book projects and build a portfolio, you’ll be connecting with producers and coordinators who can very easily become repeat clients if you employ some simple rapport building tactics. Before you know it, you can be working with the producers responsible for Coca-Cola’s international campaigns. Networking also extends to fellow voice actors. It’s quite important to pursue this particular kind of networking, too. Not only to expose yourself to others who are open to sharing business, technical, and artistic tips, but also because voice actors frequently refer a fellow talent in situations where they’re not quite right for a job.

21

Many voice actors report feeling that the voice over community plays a major role in the fulfillment that they experience as a voice actor. Attending VO conferences and events of the like are great ways to start meeting other VO artists to build your support and referral network. 3. Ability to Work from Anywhere, on Your Schedule By far, one of the most appealing aspects of the voice over industry is the ability to work from anywhere that has an internet connection, and on a schedule that works for you. Some of the most successful freelance professional voice actors on Voices have expressed gratitude for their ability to create a work-life balance that works for their family, as well as their personal schedule. 4. Freedom to Make as Much Money as You Like Voice actors are often entrepreneurs: their voice is their business, and they treat it as such. When you’re your own boss, the sky’s the limit on how much you can make. Although, that’s not to say that becoming a successful voice actor is easy. As a business owner, be prepared to work hard and learn a lot in the process.

HARDWARE

The first thing you will need is a compatible computer. Today every new computer is already set up with everything you will need. A basic sound card with a mic and line in jack. If you do not have a sound card they are very cheap and you can get a good one from any standard computer shop. Next you will need a good mic. These come in all sizes and shapes with different configurations however a general all round mic like the Logitech Noise-canceling microphone is fine for beginners. I suggest you get a desk top one to start with, as you may want to move into video later and so you wont want a headset in your videos.

Of course you could go up a stage and get a preamp with a professional mic but this will start running into dollars and the whole aim of this article is to help you get started. Next you will want to get some cables to connect up your tape recorder and other audio equipment. Again the computer stores now have packs that will connect up pretty well any device into your computer to digitalize your sound.

SOFTWARE – RECORDING

Recording your audio is probably one of the most critical parts of this process and again you can get software that ranges from free to many thousands of dollars. For this exercise I suggest you download the free copy of Audacity. This is an excellent free software package that will allow you to record from your microphone or any equipment you have. It provides excellent editing capabilities and also will allow you to edit multiple tracks and then combine them into one single track.

23

SOFTWARE STREAMING There are a few different ways of streaming your new audio files. If you have Macromedia products you can simple organize this your self however there are some great third party programs around that will do it all for you at a fraction of the time. This is a simple piece of software that takes any mp3 or wav audio and converts the whole file into a swf file and then attaches a button so that viewers can listen on a web page without needing to download any extra software. This is because the flash plugin is on 98% of computes and if not it will automatically detect and load the small plugin. This is great for anyone not wanting to get into all the technical aspects of streaming audio.

Marketing Your Niche/Passion

24

Are you looking into the best ways to increase your Google page rank? If you are, this article will give you some free tips on how to achieve this. I hope you enjoy the read. There are many webmasters who are looking into ways to increase traffic and on how to obtain a higher page rank for their websites. I myself have many websites which I am always looking to promote.

PPC (Pay Per Click)

Pay per click is where you agree to pay a certain amount of money when people click on an advert that you have created. Programs such as adwords from the search engine Google allow you to place an advert on the right hand side of their search results. Which position you are placed in depends on how much you are willing to spend per click, it is like a kind of auction. Be careful not to spend more on the adverts than you are likely to receive in income. This can be very popular especially if your website is fairly new and is low down in the natural search results.

One needs to reach his customers to get full use of the website and for this, one needs to make steps which reaches to the customers. Your customers may be surfing on other related sites so go for ads on all related sites, where your customers may be found. An attractive ad which can raise the curiosity in the customers mind and can assure him that your website can help him is one of the best ways to get Leeds.

25

Paid text adverts Paid text adverts is another way of attracting additional visitors to your website and it also has the potential of increasing your Google page rank. If the advert is on a high ranking page, this may well on its own lead you to moving up a level in your page rank. If the page is a high traffic page, part of this traffic could well be redirected to your website. I personally would only ever consider paying for a text advert on a website which was related to my own and which had a page rank of five or six. Writing articles I believe that the best way of promoting your website is by writing articles like the one you are reading. People reading the articles are potential visitors to your website, as you are able to include a link to your website in the article. Other webmasters are able to use the articles on their websites which creates you a one way backward link. Google are more likely to increase your page rank if you have a large number of backward links, especially one way links. Link exchange program As I have just stated, it is vitally important to spend time building up the number of backward links your website has. Joining a link exchange program can seriously reduce your workload, and people have told me that linkmetro is quite good.

Generating Traffic

26

The biggest key to all of these ways to turn your passions into profits is traffic. Traffic is the hardest piece of any monetization method. You must get eyeballs on your content in order to make money. So, if you decide on one of these methodologies for turning your passions into profits, make sure that you focus at least 50 percent of your time learning the traffic methodologies that go along with it.

The three main ways that well talk about are paying for traffic, sending an email to your mailing list (that itself takes time to build) and lastly to joint venture with another website owner. This means they send you traffic, and you split profits with them 50:50. You can use software to track the number of hits produced from their mailouts. 1. By buying traffic, you can target the people already looking for your product. The biggest player here is Google. Im sure you know them well  For those new to this industry, whenever you run a google search, the listings that show up on the right hand side can be bought by anyone. You pay 5 cents and upwards for each click. You can have traffic showing up to your website 5 minutes after setting up a Google Adwords account. Other search engines also offer this pay-per-click (PPC) service. The next step after paying for traffic is to monitor results. You can track the number of hits from various sources to focus on those that are producing sales. Lets say you had 4 different advertising sources producing a total in sales of $200 and you spent a total of $80. Thats a profit margin of 250%. If you were able to see that the $20 you spent with PPC advertiser A produced 0 dollars in sales and the same for advertiser B. Advertiser C brought in $20 in sales but advertiser D brought in a whopping $180 in sales.

27 That's 900% profit and you could then focus your advertising dollars on that source to maximize profit. Every type of advertising must have a tracking system with strong accuracy. 2. Emailing a list is the next method that becomes your greatest asset with time. There are no overheads and you can create a huge rush of sales everytime you send an email. In a previous article I mentioned that a signup should be between 10 and 33%. That is the percentage of visitors you can expect to sign up to a mailing list. By having autoresponders, you can attract these visitors back to your website again. Theres a good chance theyll buy the second time around. If they leave, you can send them another email to ask them to return and make them keep returning until they eventually buy. Knowing how often to send emails to your list is also important. The key here is to add value and send regular free content. Imbetween asking them to buy something, send something free that is of value. Generally, once a month is an appropriate time period between emails, or more often depending on your market. Some people send emails three times a day and it works for them but heres what works for my mentor so thats the best of my knowledge. 3. Joint Venture. The strategy is simple, other websites send out emails and place strategic links on their website to attract visitors to your website. YUou only pay them for the sales produced from any clicks. Generally 50% of the profits is the best since its an equal share. The key here is to make it as easy as possible for you JV partner. Create emails for them, banner ads and any other promotional material that will help them.

28 You can receive JV support from all of the established companies in the field you wish to enter if you approach them correctly.

Where To Get Traffic You Want Social Media Not all traffic is the same. Getting a gazillion hits is great, but not if it is from random subjects and subjects. You want to focus on traffic that has a reasonable chance of converting. Where To Get The Traffic You Want Many sites make the mistake of trying to be all things to all people. It is far better to stick to a specific service or product than it is to offer limited options to customers. If you are selling hiking gear, be the best damn hiking gear site on the net and nothing else. This same problem arises when sites target traffic generation strategies. The key to cost effective marketing is to get worthwhile web site traffic. At first blush, getting as much traffic as possible, regardless of how, sounds like a smart move. It is not. Doing so wastes your money, distracts you from what you should be doing and diverts your time from doing just that. If you are paying for traffic, you must find credible traffic sources. Credible traffic is simply traffic from sources and locations that are relevant to your site. If you have looked into generating traffic, you have probably seen offers of 100,000 hits for $50. Yes, you will get 100,000 hits. Of course, the traffic is coming off of free lottery sites or the visitors are being paid to visit your site. This traffic is not credible and will not convert into revenues.

29 The best place to find credible web site traffic is Facebook, Google, and Youtube. These are pay-per-click search engines that list your ads directly on their search results. This means you can specify the keyword phrases you want to be listed under, to wit, targeting your advertising to your market. You can also create filters that limit the ad placements to searches from certain geographic locations, such as the United States or Europe. This further targets your traffic by excluding clicks from some country which you cant possibly do business with. You can also get credible traffic from web sites and traffic vendors. The sites handle it differently, but you can often buy ad space on their sites in the form of a banner. There are some credible services out there, but there are a lot more dubious ones. Personally, I do not use any of them, but it is your money.

Focusing your marketing is important if you want a good return on investment. You can get credible web site traffic from a lot of sources, but Google and Overture are the best.

Ways To Stay Motivated And Focus On Your Passion

Focus on what keeps coming back. Take notice of the interest that keeps coming back most often. For instance, if you’re really interested in painting and playing the guitar, but you find yourself reaching for the paintbrush more often, that might be a sign it’s your true calling.

Put in the Work Rome wasn’t built in a day, and your new business won’t be either. It may take some hard effort in the beginning, but once the momentum starts going, you’ll find success. Stay patient Passion isn’t something that we can just learn one day. When someone is passionate about something, it happens naturally. If you’re not passionate about any of your interests, then you should consider just relaxing and learning more about yourself over time while discovering new interests. Let passion find you.

Be Courageous To successfully start making money from your passion, you need to be courageous and have thick skin throughout the entire process. There will be ups and downs when you’re first starting out! There is nothing more important than having the support of others. Join Facebook groups or find other entrepreneurs who can support you in your business goals.

31 Stay, Active & Involved In Your Passion. If you have not yet discovered your particular niche, then focus your career on a wide range of interests. By exploring multiple interests, you will gain more experience and could possibly find your calling during the process. If not, at least you will have a wide range of experiences and be better positioned to remain agile until you find your true passion.

Remember To Do your research. If you have many interests but not a clear passion, maybe it’s time to dive a little deeper. Take your time to research and experience the full range of your interests. If at any point you think to yourself, I’d rather not do this, then it’s probably not your calling. But if you’re finding the information fascinating and interesting, then focus on that and see how passionate you really feel.

Stay inspired Any meaningful project or work takes a large amount of daily focus. Before setting goals, ask yourself why you should do it and what will keep you motivated. It is for your kids, husband, wife, friend, community or dog? What emotions do you imagine feeling when you succeed? Pride, joy, peace, excitement, confidence? Find ways to make the journey towards your goals more fun, like allowing your creativity and imagination to flourish while involved in your work. Look for ways to put your unique stamp on your work or to change the way your approach things daily to avoid falling into the rut of uninspired and poor effort.
