OYSTER FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS

Falmouth Oyster Festival, now in its 16th year, is a highlight in the annual calendar of events in Cornwall. The festival celebrates the start of the oyster dredging season and focuses on the mighty mollusc and its traditional methods of harvesting, using only sail and oar.

An Evening with Johnny Cowling in aid of Children’s Hospice SW At Events Square Thursday 11th October 7.00 The Cornish comedian will be entertaining the audience once again with his unique blend of humour and music.

Tickets/Entry £7.50 Children’s Hospice South West supports families with their children who are expected to die before adulthood through the provision of hospice care. Help to Raise A Smile and visit www.chsw.org.uk

Monty Halls ‘The Fisherman’s Apprentice’ At Events Square - Sat 13th October 7.00 An evening packed with fun tales of Monty’s adventures, travels and experiences. Including his most recent adventure with the Cadgwith fishermen filming ‘The Fisherman’s Apprentice’. We will be raising money on the night for the Fishermen’s Mission.

Free Entry Monty’s attendance is subject to filming commitments.
