Increase flexibility, improve balance and calm your mind while enjoying the fresh air. Open to all fitness levels: no yoga experience required. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel to these drop-in classes. You may drop in using a Chilson pass (including SilverSneakers® or Renew Active passes) or a 10-Visit pass for these classes. Nature Cabin at Viestenz-Smith Mountain Park
Did you know the Nature Cabin at Viestenz-Smith Mountain Park has been set up as a small natural history museum? There are examples of many Colorado native wildlife species; some behind glass, but also many things to touch. Volunteers are eager to answer your questions. Limited capacity inside the cabin; outdoor benches are available for waiting. Take a scenic drive to check out this gem and learn about Colorado wildlife! No registration required.
