First created in 1999, speed dating involves women sitting at tables as an equal number of men rotate around the room. After a few minutes of visiting and getting to know each other, the men move on to another individual. Both people mark on a sheet whether they'd like to see the other person again. At the end of the event, the leader provides contact info to only those individuals that have matched up with each other! If you do find a match, it is up to you to reach out to that person.
