Overview Santiago Calatrava Valls is a Spanish architect, sculptor and structural engineer. Already

well-known in Europe for his unique design aesthetic, Calatrava is beginning to make a name for himself in the United States. Starting with the Milwaukee Art Museum, he has designed a number of public buildings and bridges in the U.S. in recent years. As both

Engineer and Architect, his works take materials like concrete, glass and steel beyond the normal bounds.

Identity Typeface As the Calatrava’s design evolved, so has our use of type. Museo Sans, our primary typeface, sets a confident, destinct tone for Santiago Calatrava. The use of Museo Sans regular mimics the round curves found in our logo that create an impressive visual flow from type to symbol.
