New Lettings Manager
Jason Dean Jason Dean was born & bred in Bournemouth, although spending a number of years out of the UK. Most of his working life has been spent as an Entertainer / Presenter, where he has worked for BBC Radio, Sky Television on a well-known shopping channel and the host of Festival 4 Stars. Jason has worked for various cruise liners when in 2012 completed his third world cruise and to date still works as a television warm up artiste and presenter. Jason decided to put his suitcase away and is delighted to return to the world of property and has been working very successfully in the industry as Lettings Manager for the past 4 years in the Bournemouth area. Jason says “ I have always been aware of the Lovett brand which has always been spoken very highly of and now I am thrilled to be part of it’.
New Sales Negotiator
Melissa Chiniah After studying travel and tourism in college, Melissa saw estate agency as being the perfect opportunity to move forward within her career path, prior to her previous positions in sales and customer service. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys cheerleading, socialising with friends and having a girly day shopping. Melissa says “I look forward to gaining experience and eventually progressing through the company within my role as a trainee negotiator here at Lovett International.”

Macmillan White Christmas Dip This years challenge is to have over 750 people charging into the sea in a wacky fancy dress outfit! Byron Road at Barton-On-Sea Christmas Light Switch On With a massive crowd of over 1300 people, this years light switch on was a huge success. With all donations going to the HoneyPot Children’s Charity and adding to the fabulous £45,000 currently raised, I'm sure you will congratulate the event organisers on another fantastic event. The lights were activated just after 6pm, much to the delight of the crowd who had packed the street all the way to the very end.

Charity News…. It’s been a busy time at Lovett HQ, showing our support for this year’s Poppy Appeal! Did you spot our For Sale and To Let boards that have been adorned with poppies courtesy of abstract artist Sally Mackness? We’ve had collection tins in every office, decorated our windows and embarked on extensive marketing and social media campaigns in a bid to raise money and awareness for The Royal British Legion. We are extremely grateful to those that instructed their homes with us throughout this period. We have made a donation to The RBL on your behalf as a thank you! Ashley Turner was named as the winner of the ‘win a Mercedes for the week’ competition, which we ran in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz of Poole. He is collecting his car this week and so we will be posting the winner’s photos on our Facebook page - keep an eye out for it.
