New Lettings Administrator

New Senior Sales Negotiator

Emily Pearce

James Murphy

“I began working for Lovett as their Lettings Administrator in August 2016. Prior to my current role, I have gained experience in various customer service roles in which I’ve picked up a diploma in Customer Service along the way. After previous experience in Lettings, I thought I knew what to expect in my new role at Lovett, I was however totally surprised by the company as the team is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, keeping fit, painting, going for long walks and baking.”

“My first experience in Estate agency was during a work experience placement at a local agent in Canford Cliffs where I was required to shadow, assist and undertake a wide range of duties. I was then employed by a large corporate agent and spent an enjoyable twelve months learning the ropes. I am delighted to have joined Lovett to work within its dynamic, motivated and highly successful sales team. Outside of work I enjoy being out on the boat, spending time with family and friends, exploring the New Forest, the Purbeck’s and holidays in Europe and the States.”

LOVETT INTERNATIONAL WIN YET AGAIN AT THE BRITISH PROPERTY AWARDS IN LONDON The British Property Awards is created by a dedicated team of previous Estate Agency owners who believe that the industry is unfairly judged by some consumers, due to the shortcomings of some estate agents. They passionately believe that agents who provide a fantastic service and go that extra mile for their clients, should be rewarded and highlighted for their endeavours. They are a awards panel who believe they are a unique provider who does everything differently. Here at Lovett, we agree! This year we won: GOLD WINNER for our Bournemouth Branch for Best Estate Agent in Bournemouth BRONZE WINNER for our Bournemouth Office for Estate Agent in the South West Category GOLD WINNER for our sister office Saxe Coburg for Best Estate Agent in the South West The team were invited to the Banking Hall in Central London, where TV presenter Martin Roberts presented a fabulous evening. Martin is an television presenter, property expert, investor, entrepreneur and author who currently presents the BBC One property auction series, Homes Under the Hammer. The team were treated with a live Jazz Band and a fantastic three course meal. Well done team!

We are proud to have taken part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning to show our support for Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer. Our coffee mornings took place on the 30th September 2016. We managed to raise £53 in our Boscombe Office and £40 in our Christchurch Office and another £45 in our Saxe Coburg office and all donations have been made to Macmillan. We manged to beat last year’s total between both offices. We would like to thank you for coming to visit us and hoped you enjoyed the ‘cuppa and cake!

Charity News…. Throughout October and November Lovett International is supporting the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal. You’ll be able to pick up your poppy at any one of our offices across Dorset, in addition to our sister-company Saxe Coburg based in Canford Cliffs. We’ve teamed-up with Mercedes-Benz of Poole and abstract artist Sally Mackness to create awareness for the Poppy Appeal. It’s a cause dear to our heart and one that we are proud to be supporting this year. Not only will there be collection points in each of our offices, we are also displaying bespoke, original artworks created by Sally as a fitting tribute. Sally unveiled the first of her 1,560 poppy artworks, which she has been contracted to paint by The Royal British Legion, in July. This number represents the number of days that the Great War lasted. Sally is creating three variations on a theme and the paintings are entitled Remembrance (an abstract), Poppies and Flower Pop: Poppies. Priced at £45 per artwork, fifty percent of the net proceeds of sale is being donated directly to the RBL (Hampshire and IOW). What’s more, Lovett International will be using a snapshot of Sally’s artwork on every single For Sale and To Let slip to help showcase Remembrance. We will also be announcing a competition in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz of Poole to a win a car for the weekend.

Keep an eye on our website and social media channels on how to enter and win! The money raised from the Poppy Appeal goes towards the Legion’s work with current Serving personnel, Veterans and their families, including innovative dementia care, theatre recovery projects, world-leading research on blast injury studies, and Legion owned seaside break centres. It’s not hard to see why we wish to support such an amazing cause.

You can show your support by following us on Twitter or Instagram, liking us on Facebook and by popping in for your poppy! #PoppyAppeal #LestweForget

Since the start of Koh Thai in 2009 we have always wanted to evolve the concept – trying out new ideas and themes. Koh Noi is our tiny island playground where we have a bit more focus on our bar and let our tapas concept run it’s course with everything on our menu tapas size. Koh Noi is located at Castle Street, Christchurch and we know you will be as impressed as we are! We also want to wish them a very Happy 2nd Birthday and thank all the team for inviting us to celebrate with them! Koh Noi, Christchurch - Tel: 01202 477923 www.kohnoi.co.uk

We have had a fantastic week celebrating with our friends and clients of the office. Not only have we chatted about how our year at Lovett has been, but we have made some great new clients which we look forward to doing future business with. Thank you to all who popped in and thank you to Rachel at Bakeryboxx who supplied our very special Lovett cupcakes this week.
