LOVE WIMBLEDON

WATCH THE TENNIS LIVE NO COST AND NO QUEUE! Our Big Screen is back on The Piazza this July to showcase the full coverage of SW19’s prestigious tournament, The Wimbledon Tennis Championships. It’s the BEST place to catch all the action with an unbeatable atmosphere, a huge high definition screen and plenty of deckchairs to sit back in. All you need to bring is yourself, friends, family and (hopefully) sun cream. And best of all? There’s no cost and no queue, so we hope to see you cheering from The Piazza this Summer. Wimbledon pulls out all the stops to host The Championships. Send pics of you at the Big Screen or snap your favourite sights in town and share them with us, tagging #tennistown

SUNDAY 1 – 14 JULY THE PIAZZA, SW19 1QB

SERVING UP A DOUBLE This year our Piazza partners are Elmlea, the double cream alternative whose head office is actually based in Wimbledon Town Centre. Head to The Piazza and try their deliciously creamy Elmlea taste over fresh strawberries as, after all, there’s nothing more ‘Wimbledon’ than strawberries and cream.

TOUR DE FRANCE We’re screening Tour de France on The Piazza. So come along and pedal into the most exciting bike ride on earth! SUNDAY 7 JULY

NEW TO WIMBLEDON A TASTE OF THE WORLD

G LIKE GELATO Summer has arrived and there’s no tastier way to cool down than with a gelato from G Like Gelato, Wimbledon’s new independent gelato store. It was founded in Italy in 2014 by a group of Italian professionals who wanted to export the excellence of the old Italian tradition of ‘gelato making’ to the rest of the world. The store is more like an Italian 4

kitchen and workshop where the produce is fresh and the gelato and cakes are prepared in front of customers. Take your pick from a great choice of flavours including salted caramel, fruit sorbets, pistachio or the Love Wimbledon team’s favourite – dark chocolate. Pay them a visit – you’ll be licking your lips with joy! 7 WIMBLEDON BRIDGE, SW19 7NH
