ABOUT US Our Story
In 1995, Lakeshore Audiovisual, Inc. (LSAV) started from humble beginnings as a small rental and sales business in Chicago. Nearly two decades later, LSAV has grown into one of the top, live-event solutions companies in the United States. Headquartered in a 75,000 square foot facility near downtown Chicago, with office space at McCormick Place, LSAV has three other full-service locations in DC Metro, Las Vegas, and the Orlando area. The live-event powerhouse’s rising success has been a direct result of the dedication and hard work of its founders, crew, executive, sales, design, marketing, and IT teams.

UNITED AIRLINES’ CHARITY EVENT

LSAV fully supported a private, charitable event for United Airlines in a 72,000 square foot airline hangar at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. LSAV designed, staged, and executed five unique areas of focus including an awards ceremony, dining, gaming, live entertainment, and the belle of the ball—a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. LSAV production staff engineered a center piece for the hangar consisting of a large circular screen and stage. With LSAV’s DecoTec tension-fabric system, the central piece worked in both beauty and function. Custom animation was projected onto the curved surface for the audience to see and the large circular structure worked to soften the audio dynamics of the massive hangar. All-in-all, LSAV’s immersive solutions thrilled the hundreds of attendees and proved the event a great success.

LSAV’s Las Vegas team provided full-service audiovisual staging and production support for Cricket Wireless’ national sales meeting in Las Vegas. Along with the help of LSAV’s headquarters production staff, LSAV’s Las Vegas team was able to turn out full lighting, video, audio, and custom scenic equipment and support for this major three-screen event.

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION NIGHT 2012
LSAV proudly provided audiovisual staging support for President Barack Obama’s 2012 election night celebration at McCormick Place in Chicago. Providing 2,500 feet of truss, over 100 motors, multiple projection screens, video monitors, and sound systems, we were able to transform the raw space of the convention center into various glamorous receptions, parties, and private viewing areas for President Obama and all of his guests.

PROMAT
LSAV played a major role in ProMat 2013 held at McCormick Place in Chicago. We created the scenic set design and supported the material handling for the general session which featured keynote speaker and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Media, Steve Forbes. We also provided full audiovisual support for all of the meeting rooms, custom-built exhibit floor education theaters, and provided the state-of-the-art equipment necessary.

IBS NEW YORK
LSAV was excited to be a part of the world-renowned International Beauty Show (IBS) in New York. With a classic fashion runway set, we incorporated a high-impact scenic design, incorporated two main screens, and used three center-stage projection surfaces to display IBS New York 2013 branding, graphics, and video.
