A note from our Principal… Welcome to our final newsletter for 2015. What an interesting year it has been with some of the hottest market conditions for over 20 years and exceptionally high clearance rates for most of the year. There is still a lot of activity in the market as we lead into Christmas, and there is sure to be strong demand in early January, with buyers wanting to be settled and ready for the school and work year ahead. There are also new underquoting reforms coming into effect in January 2016, which I review later in this newsletter.
