Laing+Simmons Monthly Property News JUNE 2013 An update from our Principal The state government has announced they are extending the “First Home Owners Grant (New Homes) Scheme” on new builds/land at $15,000 to 2016, with this and following changes to zoning within the Hornsby Shire we are expecting an increase in the quality and quantity of projects being offered to the market, during this time there will be a great opportunity for first home buyers to make that move into the market. Currently our team at Laing + Simmons are selling brand new townhouses at 2 Galston Road, Hornsby with an expected completion date of late 2013. It is worth noting we recently sold off the plan, the entire complex at 332 Pacific Highway which has just started demolition ready for construction.
