Very professional valuation visit. We both felt that we were listened to and points we raised were taken on board. Very professional photographs taken that show the property to it’s best. Viewings happened very quickly and we were kept informed all the way through; even if offers made were not up to expectations. Frosts did say the right offer would come and it did in less than a week. Even at this stage Frosts took steps to ensure that the offer was serious and backed up with sufficient funds.
