We were delighted to come in the top 30 agents in the country for both Sales and Lettings at the recent Estate Agency Masters awards.
Last year was an eventful year at Frost’s in Harpenden and I wanted to share some of the highlights as well as what you can expect in the future. 2017 started with a new addition to the sales team. Elsaida joined us in January and her instant enthusiasm and eagerness made an immediate impact and she is already a valued member of our established team. One of the highlights of the year was the completion of our office refit. Keen to steer away from the typical we wanted to create a welcoming and relaxing area for our clients and customers to interact with us. We are delighted with the results and if you are passing come and see for yourself and pop in for a coffee and chat in our customer lounge! As we approached spring last year we continued to see less buyers enter the market, this led to slightly increased stock levels and a more difficult market to previous years. We work hard to ensure our clients are fully updated and offer genuine and accurate advice specific to the current market and individual property. At Frost’s we keep in regular contact with our clients advising where necessary in a friendly and approachable way.
More recently we were very humbled to be nationally recognised for our exemplary levels of service in sales and lettings, you can see further details on the next page. You may have seen us through the year running a colouring competition at the Carnival or offering an opportunity to win a Ferrari experience at Classics on the Common. We are very proud of the town we work in and continue to support a number of local events and charities. Looking back 2017 was a busy year and within this brochure we have included a small selection of some of the houses we have sold or let and we also wanted to share some of the feedback we received. With such an experienced team we are well qualified to advise and support clients through their move, one of life’s biggest events. We are looking forward to 2018 and Lily, James, John, Elsaida, Georgina, Trudie, Megan and myself will continue to grow our business by listening intently to our customers to ensure delivery of a personal and professional level of care and service.
