The campaign’s visual concept centres on an angular graphic of a branded SOLD board, the unusual perspective adding depth and interest to the visual aesthetic. The brand is depicted in its real-world setting – with the SOLD message conveying success in marketing and selling property.

The headline “A sign for the times.” uses wordplay to link the estate agent “sign” visual with the challenging state of the UK property market, inferring that choosing an experienced agent will ensure success, even in difficult market conditions.

It is intended to start conversations, allowing agents to discuss key features including:
