CONFERENCE 2023 Partnerships for Growth Heartfelt thanks to all those who participated in our 'Partnerships for Growth' Conference 2023, with special appreciation extended to our franchise partners hailing from various corners of the UK. We hope everyone found the event enjoyable and gained valuable insights, perhaps discovering at least one golden nugget of advice or information. This year's conference marked several significant milestones for us. It was the inaugural occasion on which we organized a unified conference for all our brands, spanning two days. The event featured celebrity guest speaker Roger Black MBE for the evening awards, a firsttime occurrence, and it also marked the event's transition to a fully franchised branch network. The choice of The Belfry as our venue was carefully considered, offering a dedicated Conference Centre and ensuring overnight accommodation arrangements for all our franchisees. The decision to extend the event over two days allowed ample time for networking and meaningful interactions with exhibitors, carefully selected for their diverse concepts and agent benefits. Despite the challenges faced in 2023, there was ample evidence and optimism about the opportunities that lie ahead in 2024. Survey feedback indicates a 100% attendance commitment from franchisees for the 2024 event, and we eagerly anticipate reuniting with everyone in November 2024 for what promises to be another event filled with ground breaking 'firsts'.

First and foremost, provide excellent customer service. This comes with the right culture and ethos. Timing. Ask clients once the transaction is nearing completion, or at move in and avoid key exchange when clients are more focused on physically moving. KISS. Keep It Simple Send a link. Use a QR code taking the client straight to the review stage. Make it easy for them.

DAY 2 WORKSHOPS Day Two at the Belfry started with a session from Nathan Emerson from PropertyMark. Followed by three well-attended workshops: Financial Services lead by Tom Adorian from Embrace Financial Services and First2Protect and Simon Embley from Pivotal Growth. Sales & Lettings Compliance which included a timely update from James Munroe from Trading Standards and a very informative update from LSL’s Valerie Bannister. Lettings Aquisition with Sean Mayers of Taylor Mayers and Hannah Gretton from LSL.
