WILSON: continued... hospital facilities. However, 80 percent of procedures that were being performed on patients within our community can now be done at Wilson Memorial with the opening of the Cardiovascular Cath Lab. With an aging population and heart disease on the rise, the need to elevate Wilson Memorial to a higher level of service comes at an appropriate time. The highly trained team of physicians and staff is dedicated to providing top-quality care to patients in the community in a state-of-the-art facility. Recent hospital enhancements and advancements in technology allow patients to stay close to home for their healthcare needs. The Emerson Charitable Trust awarded Wilson Memorial Hospital $200,000 to enhance its healthcare services. The grant has been used to assist in the purchase of state-of-the-art medical equipment in the newly re-established Cardiovascular Catheterization Lab. WILSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL MAKES IMPROVEMENTS Continually strives to meet the healthcare needs of the community... PAGE 3
In mid-August Buffalo Wild Wings reopened after completing an eight day, one half million dollar renovation to its Sidney restaurant. According to owner Tom Mayl, the well-known B-Dubs chain is undertaking a nationwide initiative known as Gen 4 to significantly enhance the atmosphere, electronics, and furnishings of their restaurants. The Sidney location was updated with 23 new television monitors, an expanded patio, new tables, chairs, and bar, additional seating for 100 guests, and a private meeting room. Walls and flooring throughout the restaurant received a face lift along with the installation of new fixtures in the restrooms. New eye catching signage has been installed at the front entrance with new street side signage to be added soon. Several staff additions accompanied the interior and exterior renovations. Mayl credits Director of Operations Kelly Gressett, General Manager Barb Greer and the entire Sidney based team for making Buffalo Wild Wings a local favorite for great food, refreshing drinks, and a best in class customer experience.
