Lucas Damiani Barreto

Lucas Damiani Barreto holds a post-graduate Master's degree in Architecture, and a five years Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture and Urbanism from Mackenzie University, São Paulo, Brazil. Currently, he is a PhD student at the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA. Conducting research in History, theory and representation. Focusing on “Regional and Global Modernity,” including contested definitions of modernity and the question of local-global duality in the modern period.
