A LETTER FROM YOUR DNE Hey there Huskeys! Look’s like it’s February, the weirdest month of the year. February happens to be one of my favorite months of the year too, simply because of how short it is. We also have plenty of days off of school, which is always a plus. Spring time is closing in too. While the blooming of the flowers and rainy seasons may sound appealing to many, its actually one of my most dreaded seasons, because I’m going to have to take medication constantly if I don’t want my allergies to be ruining my day. But I’ll manage, I’m sure of it. Happy Key Clubbing!
Your DNE, Lucas
A LETTER FROM YOUR LTG Hello Huskeys! February is here and we have lots in store for you this month! These next two months will be consisting of Club Elections, Fun Social/Service Events, as well as Officer Workshops for your club to attend! Remember that club elections are absolutely important for your members and your clubs to transition into the new upcoming year! Even though school might be over during the summer, that does not mean Key Club Is over! Remember to help your new elect “babies transition to become aspirational leaders just like you once were! Also this month, check out the Sister District Pen Pals, DCON 2017, and District News for even more news in CNH! Your LTG, Shomari Sterling
A LETTER FROM YOUR LTG ELECT Hello, Huskeys! My name is Kaylyn Hoy, and I will be serving as Division 36 West’s Lieutenant Governor for the 2017-2018 term! I am honored to have this opportunity, and beyond grateful that I was given the chance to serve an amazing division. I am so excited to serve ALL of you in the upcoming term! For those of you who don’t know me, I am currently a junior at Jurupa Hills High School. I am an IB student, Key Club President, and Division 36 West’s Executive Assistant. Outside of Key Club, I like to paint, draw, and spend time with my friends. For those of you who do know me- you already know that Key Club is a HUGE part of my life. I initially joined Key Club to meet new people and get more involved in my school. I can wholeheartedly say, that my years in Key Club have been so much more. I’ve made so many friends, grown more confident in myself, and expanded my horizons. It is members like you, who continue to motivate me to do my best! As your Lieutenant Governor, I hope to inspire others to lead with passion. I am looking to increase communications, rebuild leadership, and keep all clubs active! I also want to provide a smooth transition for the new members we will be welcoming into our division. Most of all, I want to see clubs grow to reach their full potential! I know that this term is going to be tough, but with all of you by my side, I know we can make it through! Division 36 West, you will always have a special place in my heart. I am proud to be apart of this amazing Ohana, and there are no words to describe my love for Key Club! If you ever have any questions or comments, feel free to contact me at any time! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
