Two of the most popular programs are: The High/Low Program The High/Medium/Low Program Let’s look at the High/Low Program first. This method involves having a high carbohydrate day then a low carb day. A high carbohydrate day involves eating more than 150 grams of carbs. A low carbohydrate day involves eating under 100 grams of carbs. The exact measurements and requirements will vary to suit each dieter.
