CITY BLOCK BUILDING
2011
The Project consisted in developing a monoblock building for the lower social class in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. We were given a specific block in the Capital City, and a fixed amount of apartments that must be part of the building design. Moreover, we also designed the landscape plan floor. It consisted of a public park with a strict relation with the city, where everyone could enter and enjoy the place without any restrictions. Plenty of diagrams were drawn in order to understand the relation between the city and the block, the city and the buildings, the buildings and the park.
challenge_ Develop a monoblock building for the lower social class in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. We were given a specific block in the Capital City, and a fixed amount of apartments.
solution_ The building design ended up as a building with elevators that served to four different apartments each. In the central space, corridors in the different floors give a more efficient solution for the distribution of the owners. The lanscape itself is designed by means of paths and stairs to give a certain movement but without struggling the park area. Lastly, each apartment tipology was resolved with the concept of minimum space for the living, in order to be able to accomplish with the amount of apartments needed.
type of project_ Group project.

DEBIS TOWER UNDERGRADUATE WORK
2014
The Debis Headquarter- building C1 is a landmark of the Potsdamer Platz urban redevelopment project in Berlin and completes an arc of buildings along Alte Potsdamerstrasse. It stands out from the rest of the buildings by its height and characteristic appearance of terra cotta and glass. The Debis Tower reinvents the image of the skyscraper. It replaces the typical North American sealed glass box, with a 'generous civic architecture of terracotta and glass'. Piano develops a double curtain wall operating system, a combination of transparent and opaque surfaces that responds to the exterior environment.

Research work on Renis Piano's Debis Tower in Postdamer Platz. This consisted in investigating the work as a whole, concentrating on one of the details of greater importance of the work and that resort to an innovative material. In this case we opted for the ventilated faรงade that uses a system of NBK terracotta. It is a system that allows a double faรงade, with advantages at a sustainable and ecological level. Details on different scales were made to understand the building.

TERMO - SUMMIT SUSTAINABILITY
2013
Termo Summit is a project located in the ecological reserve of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The objective of this project is to create micro climates suitable for being inhabited, generating a natural acclimatized space, reducing the environmental impact. Vernacular architecture is an architectural style that is designed based on local needs, availability of construction materials and reflecting local traditions. At least originally, vernacular architecture did not use formally-schooled architects, but relied on the design skills and tradition of local builders.

We began with the study of stalactites and stalagmites, generating all their variations, individually and also in the field. Not only the natural formations of stalagmites but also a type of vernacular architecture, such as the wind towers of the Arab countries to obtain a strategy of natural conditioning. We generated an installation In a sector of the reserve, together with road systems, artificial ponds, street furniture. It generated a landscape prepared to be inhabited in a friendly way to the planet.

MIND THE GAP POSTGRADUATE WORK
2014
The Postgraduate workshop had as an objective to use both, analitic and digital techniques to investigate the properties of the brick, in order to build a dome. A model was built during the whole semester, using a compass with four degrees of rotation. The compass posesses a metallic piece, L shape, used to distribute the scaled wooden bricks in the correct angle in order to build the dome with a precise technique. The design of the dome changed substantially when we embody the environmental factor, using vernacular architecture as a reference for natural ventilation and heating.
SEP. C
challenge_ Build a dome using wooden scaled bricks, with analitic and digital techniques. The use of a manufactured compass was mandatory for the construction of the 3d model. The compass has a metallic piece at the end, L shape, used to distribute the bricks in the correct angle.
solution_ There was a digital stage to find problems and their solutions to the issue of the joint, and its size change as the radius of the dome grows. The brick is rotated to get more contact surface, when in normal position to the radius of the dome. As the dome grows, the radius decreases substantially, resulting in an overlap of bricks, leading to a shot where a brick has to be removes.

HOUSING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WORK
2015
The project is a country house in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The country houses in Argentina are generally situated outside of population centers, usually manor and surrounded by land, which serves to spend weekends of recreation or vacations, or both at the same time. The main feature of this architecture is its relationship with the environment. These houses are simple and very functional, also have large galleries, with large windows and integrated environments. The materials that are used for the design, are governed by the principles of simplicity, functionality and harmony with the field.

During the internship, participate in the project of a house in Las Liebres, Pilar, in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This was already in a stage of more advanced project, where I had to make a detailed model of the house with its park and pool. This served to meet the structuralist to verify the loads in each beam and column, and the particular inclinations that had the roof. I specialize in the interior design of the house, working on the decision of the materials that were to be used. Wood floors and porcelain tiles were defined.

RESIDENCES PROFESSIONAL WORK
2017
The architecture firm was hired to design a skyscraper in the United States. It is a tower with 358 apartments of nine different tipologies of spaces. It is a luxurious residence - hotel tower, as it has an elegant and magnificent lobby, and several floors equipped with amenities. Spa, gym, teenage club, kids room, mini golf, theathre and a pool deck. Is a tower of luxury, with elegant details of interior that stand out in the zone. The interior design is designed in a precise and effective way, taking care of every detail, whether of the constructive part, the materials, and the finishes.
challenge_ My tasks are basically the interior design of the tower. The lobby, the spa, the bathrooms, the kitchens, etc. Everything is designed under the same concept of elegance, purity, a monochromatic range of materials and textures. It combines wood with marble and travertine. An exclusive and luxurious design.
solution_ The interior design of the common spaces of the tower are designed under the concept of elegance and luxury. Not only does it seek to find purity and eccentricity with the aforementioned materials, but the chosen furniture denotes the quality and magnificence of the skyscraper. All the furniture chosen are from the best designers in the world. It fuses the architectural design with the interior design, and creates a concept of quality and luxury never seen before.

ART PAINTING LIFE WORKS
2014
For as long as I could remember, I have wanted to be an Architect. I have been interested for Art and Design ever since I was in school. My Art and Math teacher was the same person, and she introduced me to Architecture by teaching me the connection between both subjects. At the most practical level, mathematical tools have always been used in an essential way in the creation of art. Both subjects seem to be strange to each other, but they are not; one is an exact science, and the other one is full of creativity and uncertainty. Therefore, they are the perfect complement: Mathematics constrains and inspires art, while Art illuminates and engenders Mathematics.
challenge_ My goal through art is to communicate my feelings at the time of painting and drawing. My first works are mainly focused on the study of nature, through realistic artistic works. Over the years, my interest was headed towards abstract art, but with the same basis in nature. Abstract art uses a visual language of shape, form, color and line to create a composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world.
painting_ Pieces of art are generated with the use of canvas, acrylic and brushes and water. The detail in the pictures is of special interest. I am passionate about drawing and copying images that attract me. At the same time, I am amused to create abstract situations, like galaxies, and gardens and oceans. The techniques vary with the creation, but the goal is always the same. “No matter what emotion you might get, the important thing is just that you are feeling something.
type of projects_ Eyes watching, Eden garden.
