Summer yoga manual part one

Getting started – Saluting the Sun Created & designed by Cathy Underwood www.yoga4mums.com

I’m delighted to offer you this FREE practice manual, designed to support your regular practice especially when you are unable to attend class. This first edition focuses on a simple Sun Salutation, to get you moving slowly as you connect to the breath. Remember not all exercise is suitable for everyone. So to reduce the risk of injury consult your doctor before beginning this or any exercise regime. This manual does not replace the importance of studying under the guidance of a yoga professional. Enjoy! Cathyx
