High strength is the result of superior design and plate compression on both the top and bottom sides of the belt. High tensile strength bolts compress top and bottom plates to distribute splice tension evenly across the entire width of each fastener plate. For added strength and pull-out resistance, specially formed teeth penetrate deep into the belt carcass – without damaging carcass fibers.

Flexco

Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate fasteners are engineered to meet the demands of the toughest material handling applications, providing a strong sift-free splice and superior holding ability. A choice of sizes accommodates belts from 3/16" (5 mm) to over 15/16" (24 mm) thick.

Flexco® SR™ Rivet Hinged Fastener System

RH240

The Flexco® SR™ Scalloped Edge™ fastener features a low profile that significantly reduces the fastener’s exposure to cleaner blades, skirt rubber, and return idlers. Reduced wear and tear on the fastener extends the life of the splice to maximize belt availability and to help keep productivity on a roll.

Improved performance Designed for rubber plied and PVC solid woven belting, and for worn belts unfit for vulcanized splices, the Flexco SR fastener features a patented Scalloped Edge design. The scalloped design contributes to improved fastener profile resulting in increased compatibility with belt cleaners and improved cleaner-tip wear. The staggered rivet pattern also provides maximum holding ability by allowing the rivets to pass betweeen the carcass fibers without damaging them.

Scalloped Edge™

A built-in viewport simplifies fastener positioning. And self-setting rivets are installed from the top side of the belt for faster installation.

EZP-LS Limited Space Stainless Steel Primary Cleaner with White ConShear™ LS Blade

Big Features in a Small Package for Corrosive Environments Many conveyors and portables have tight space configurations. That means a belt cleaner must be small and compact to fit. The new EZP-LS Primary Cleaner delivers a big cleaning job in a compact cleaner, with the added advantage of corrosion resistant stainless steel components.

Faceted profile design results in continuous blade edge “renewal” for improved cleaning efficiency throughout the life of the blade.

High Strength aluminum extrusion.

Molded-in wear line on all Flexco Conshear blades.

Smaller LST Tensioner is self contained and simple to adjust.

Smaller blade and mounting clearance allows installation on conveyors with pulleys as small as 150mm (6”). Simple blade replacement no tools needed.

Features and Benefits • White food-grade ConShear Primary Cleaner is chemical resistant and all ingredients used in urethane formulation comply with the relevant requirements of 21 CFR (FDA Code of Federal Regulations) for use in repeated bulk dry food applications. • Stainless Steel. Corrosive environments wear on any component, but stainless steel can protect against that. • Quick-change blade. No tools are needed. Just pull one pin, remove the old blade, slide in the new one and replace the pin. • Can be used on reversing belts. Installing cleaners on both pulleys gives superior cleaning results on belts that run in both directions. • Can be ordered for special configurations. Special order options include: a stainless steel pole for corrosive applications or a high temp ConShear-LS Blade for applications with temperatures up to 135° C (275° F) with spikes to 163° C (325° F).
