PERFECT CAJUN STYLE CHICKEN You Will Need 12 medium sized pieces of chicken (skin on) 2 cups of buttermilk 2 medium eggs 1 tsp paprika 2 cups of plain flour 1 tsp of cayenne pepper 1 tsp of garlic powder 1 tsp of black pepper 3 sprigs of fresh thyme 1. With the chicken in a bowl, add the buttermilk, eggs, paprika and 1 tsp of salt and mix thoroughly. Place the chicken in a freezer bag and leave to marinade overnight or at least 4 hours 2. Now make the magic coating. Combine the plain flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, thyme and another tsp of paprika and mix together 3.
